At the beginning of 2011, I was a complete paper novice. My 'stationary' consisted of post-it notes…read moreand the only cards I had bought were from Wal-Mart and Hallmark. I spent months (January through April) reading paper and stationary websites/blogs, wedding websites and forums, and other resources trying to find the perfect people to make my wedding invitations. I visited a half-dozen retailers/designers and even talked at some length with my friends in the fields of graphic design and photography. All told, I had invested hundreds of hours before I selected Luscious Verde. I received the invitations today, and it's clear that my meticulous research has paid off. The beautiful laser-cut invitations are perfect. The attention to detail is apparent in every border, every layer, every texture, every font, every carefully assembled package that represents the perfect invitation. They convey to our guests the mood and ambiance of our wedding. Taken as a whole, it exclaims "Beach! Sand! Sun! Relaxation!" It does all of this with color, texture, imagery and form, with hardly any need for text, which is rendered redundant by the superior design of the whole letter and the paper itself. The staff of Luscious Verde, and our local affiliate (http://noteworthydesigns.us/) could not have been more understanding or more patient. Through proof after proof, and weeks of color, laser cutting, and customization questions they were, without fail, prompt and kind in the face of our indecision and time-consuming demands. No matter was too trivial or too much work. We customized our invitations extensively, drawing from many of Luscious Verde's own designs, the suggestions of our local affiliate, and our own ideas. They even worked with our hand-picked illustrator to make sure that the custom images appeared precisely as we wanted.
