I made it to 37 weeks and she delivered my precious baby boy and everything went smoothly. I was also seen a couple of times by Kristin Stovern during that pregnancy and right after when I experienced a post-partum issue and she also seemed very knowledgeable and was particularly friendly. The nurse Jill Grant was always very friendly and helpful. The office assistant Tasha Riker was one of the nicest, sweetest souls I've ever met. She always lets you know that you're a priority and she takes care of anything you need immediately. During the post-partum issue I experienced, I wanted to come in and get checked out and she had me come in immediately and I was seen as soon as I arrived. Basically this office staff as a whole was knowledgeable, genuine, and friendly. I'd advise anyone needing an OBGYN to go through this office.

He likes to tell women with very high risk pregnancies and several previous miscarriages that there is no need for lifting restrictions no matter what kind of work they do because women have had babies for thousands of years and it's never stopped them from working. I was told that…read moremy secondary insurance could not guarantee full payment of coinsurance so I have to pay $240, so I did even thought it bc they have NEVER not paid in full any balance. I called my secondary on way home and was told yes they would pay & not to worry. I called the office approx a mon thh later when I saw my secondary paid everything and even overpaid and was told I was NOT able to get my money back until they have a check in hand. I asked if I could bring in an EOB from bo thh insurances showing I owe NO copay & was told no, doesn't matter. To make a long story short, they are not truthful when collecting upfront costs (there is a difference bt a company stating we WON'T pay & we can't guarantee payment) & even if you have proof in hand you have to wait for them to bill your secondary (they took 25 days from the day the primary paid to send to the secondary) This office is dishonest, not willing to assist when you have a issue and patronizing when speaking to patients when there is a billing issue.-STAY AWAY & FIND SOMEONE ELSE!
