I didn't have time to waste as my wedding was three days away, so I just went ahead and wore it. As I like to support local businesses, I went back and rented my husband's tuxedo from her as well. She took the time and measured him, and we felt secure in knowing that we would have everything taken care of. The day of my wedding my husband tried on his tuxedo and it was four sizes too large. The pants could be taken in with the side pieces but nothing could be done with the jacket. After watching her take the measurements I felt sure it was a warehouse issue. He spent the morning running around Natchez trying to find a tuxedo jacket as this shop was three hours away. When I returned the tuxedo jacket yesterday, I told her what was going on. She immediately became defensive and blamed my husband bc he didn't try it on. I told her that I wasn't blaming her, but that it was probably a warehouse issue. She was still rude. He didn't get to try on the tuxedo because she randomly closes her shop and by the time I called to get her to come up there to let him get his tux, we had to be on the road. There was nothing that could be done from her any way because she doesn't keep them in her store. She offered to refund the jacket cost if I had my receipt. I went to the car and got her receipt to which she sighed and rudely stated she needed the receipt of the other tuxedo rental. Of course I currently did not know where it is as this happened on the day of my wedding. You better believe I will find it and get my money back though. Do not do business here. You deserve better treatment and obviously better measuring than what is provided.
