I was in my previous position for almost eight years so changing roles made me a bit nervous. Together, we weighed pros and cons of making the switch and made sure it would fit into a healthy work/life balance that I was looking for. Throughout the entire process, he was quick to follow-up and communicate to the employer and myself to get us connected. I can't say enough good things about the wonderful customer service I experienced. Thank you Chandler!

I was contacted quickly, within a day or two of applying, by my Trak agent, Kiva Lockett, who I literally cannot say enough good things about. We talked about my situation and what I was looking for, which was a complete career switch from what I had been doing before. I had been struggling to even get interviews, because I just didn't have the experience on paper that people were looking for. Kiva recommended a different place from where I had originally applied to because it fit my criteria significantly better, and helped coach me on my interview so I felt confident and prepared going in. Shortly after finishing the interview, she called me to congratulate me on getting the job! I've been working in that position for about a month now and I cannot say enough good things about the entire experience. I feel like Kiva really listened to my wants and needs and found me the perfect place. The feeling of knowing I had someone in my corner, who wanted me to find what I was looking for and a place where I could succeed, who understood that the skills I had, while not specific to the new career, were still valuable and transferable... It really made a huge difference in my job search and I cannot recommend Kiva, and the Trak Group, enough. It isn't an exaggeration to say that Kiva changed my life for the better, because I don't know that I would've found something that checked all my boxes without her.

Please keep your children away from this group of counselors as a parent. I'm asking all parents…read morenot to go to this practice.. Nina and Chris are horrible to children. Arranged an appointment with Chris. My daughter did not feel comfortable with him. On the first visit he mandated that my daughter attend outpatient therapy 3 times a week from 6pm to 8:30pm at their facility. My daughter only went there for depression, mild depression. Therefore we arranged an appointment with Nina (same practice). After two visits with Nina she MANDATED THAT MY DAUGHTER ATTEND therapy sessions 3 times a week for 4 weeks. We attended one sessions but because we didn't attend 3 times a week for 4 weeks she dropped my 15 year daughter as a client. On the Monday meeting we were with kids who had attempted suicide ( not speaking badly about this children). But my daughter was going to see Nina because she had mild depression. Nina dropped my daughter as a client. Sent me an email saying we should go to Restart. Getting an email from a therapist saying all future appointments have been canceled. It's very traumatic for 15 year-old after she was developing a relationship with Nina.. why would I arrange an appointment with a therapist to talk to my child and then we are MANDATED to go to their sessions three times a week for four weeks from 6 PM to 830 if you don't do what they say they drop you as a client and cancel all of your appointments Do not go there. My 15-year-old daughter diagnosed Nina as passive aggressive see below read the reviews. Do not go there. Hi This looks like a past email. Since /---did not attend the rest of this week's sessions for group, I am unable to work with her. Attendance is meant to be consistent in the program due to the concerns that she has presented - three times a week which I was clear about both in session, and via email. From Nina I'm recommending Lilac Center, as this might be a better fit for her - their type of therapy works with mood and emotion regulation which is the focus of ---treatment. The link to their Lee's Summit page and contact info is below. From Lena Hello Your following appointment(s) are cancelled 03/13/2025 06:00 PM Please reach out to the practice to coordinate the next steps. Please feel free to contact the practice at 816-272-5656 for any questions or concerns. Sincerely, PsychPros If you read all the reviews, everyone says the same thing all appointments are canceled If you don't need a therapist before you go there, you'll need a therapist after you leave there. I know as parents we care about our children, but please stay away from this practice. We reach out as parents try to help our children and make them better people, but this practice is very horrible. Please don't take your children there. I'm begging you not to.Taking our children to this practice will Be more detrimental to our children, please stay away from these people. As parents, we are just reaching out to counselors to try to help our children become better people And have more self-confidence please I'm begging you not to send your children here. I don't post a lot of Google reviews, but I just feel it's important for me to post this. so according to Nina, my daughter was supposed to go to three sessions a week for mild depression and see her the day that we don't have therapy therapy is Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6 PM to 8:30 AM plus Nina want to see good See Nina the other days. I truly love our children. I'm just begging that you don't send your children to this place

If I could give 0 stars, I would…read more I applied for a position with Trak and was called immediately. After my interview, I didn't hear anything about the position they were so eager to fill. Only until I called them did they remember I was a candidate. I was offered the position as temp to hire. They made me do a weird spit drug test in office and background check then informed me afterward that the fees for both would come out of my first paycheck. They said the company was a downtown location with a parking lot within 4 blocks and a company shuttle that would pick the employees up for free. Well, the parking lot was located in a terrible area through a homeless camp under a bridge 1 mile from the building and the "company shuttle" was the city bus that you had to pay each way for. I was told I was being hired for an entry level paralegal position, but the company quickly informed me that is not the case and I was given a quality assurance title. The department I was placed in was filled with employees who were also temp to hire. One from Trak was a temp for 2 years before he threatened to leave and the company finally hired him on. After 3 weeks, I was offered a permanent position with a different company I had interviewed for before I accepted the position with Trak. The new job required an immediate start date so I sent a formal resignation over giving as much notice as I possibly could. My recruiter called me the next day stating I did not adhere to Trak's policy for resignation and she is lowering my pay to minimum wage for the entire week I worked as a punishment. This was the week of Christmas. The incredibly vague policy does not state how you resign and just gives recommendations. Trak allows their recruiters to implement their own personal interpretation of their policy so you will get treated based on your recruiter's mood. This company is a complete bait and switch. There is no accountability for their lies or compassion for honest people trying to find work. I recommend holding out for a real job somewhere else as Trak is not interested in anyone's well being except their own.

I finally after over 6 months, have calmed down enough to write this review. Trak is a horrible…read moreplace to find employment. My performance & productivity turned a 3 month 3 day a week placement into a full time, year long placement. This obviously equals a ton of extra money for my recruiter and Trak itself. It was shared with me that they were getting an extra 8 dollars an hour for me, and well... you do the math. Throughout my placement, I would call my recruiter with questions only to find out that she was no longer there, and then my next recruiter who "promised to always be my one and only point of contact" left as well - and my third recruiter, well - I wished she would have left. I shared with her on many occasions via phone call and email, my boredom & want for a new placement, which fell on deaf ears. Then, when the company I was working for decided not to permanently hire any contractors I contacted my recruiter months in advance for me to start interviewing other places. She found none. I will say however, once my year was up and they could no longer bill she called - angry that I was no longer placed. (Um, hello did I not warn you of this for 3 months prior - usually once a week?) After that I contacted her for 6 weeks to get another placement. I thought my multiple college degrees, ability to maintain employment and excellent performance would easily make me a candidate for another position. Evidently, my recruiter cared not. Additionally, I had a few new friends relocate to Cincinnati during my placement & I had recommended my recruiter (2nd) to them. These are college educated women applying, calling and not receiving follow up phone calls. Seriously? I wouldn't bother with Trak.
