I was lucky in that I was placed within a couple of months of signing up with them - and at a fantastic job - but even if I wasn't, they literally did everything they could do get my resume to a variety of employers, as well as bringing opportunities to me. This is NOT a passive agency - it's work, which is what job-searching should be. Danny, in particular, is great about updating you throughout the process, even when things are slow - just so that you know where you stand. It's so much more helpful and reassuring as opposed to the process where you apply someplace and never hear back. I would highly recommend working with them and trusting the process - IF you're the right prospect. They specialize in a specific field and evaluate their candidates thoroughly so don't expect a magic bullet. That said, I did hear of one person who was actively being mentored by Danny on a bi-weekly basis to help get him to a place where they could pitch him out. This place is NOT about the bottom-line, they're aggressive on your behalf, and outstanding at what they do. If I ever need an agency like this again, I'll be heading back for sure!
