A stone's throw west of the LaBelle bridge over the Caloosahatchee River, this is the best public boat launch in the area. A decently smooth ramp down to the water with a small amount of room to straighten out your trailer (good luck!) and about a dozen or so parking spots for vehicles and trailers. There ramp is wide enough for two to launch at the same time and there are floating docks on each side. The ramp continues a good bit into the water.
The park includes some shaded and covered picnic areas that have barbecue grills. They overlook the river but expect noise from the tires going over the bridge deck. There is a public restroom available (though it has "out of order" signs right now).
As near as I can tell, the launch and the parking are free. Rumor has it, there is good fishing in the river that extends from the Gulf of Mexico to Lake Okeechobee.
