I now have a bowl cut that isn't even good for that to have been done. I honestly watched my head get messed up worse and worse as she went on. once the hair is gone it's too late to fix. I let it go in hope she might fix it. no chance of that. zero fade or taper just a buzz cut that's uneven way too high up on the head and doesn't even remotely resemble what I walked in with. I will never get my haircut at any fantastic Sam's anywhere again. you couldn't pay me to go back there. if you don't like your job don't take it out on the customer. I'm nice enough plus had my child with me so I didn't call you out right in the store. you know how bad it looks and you were ok with it. that is not the message you should ever send a customer out the door feeling. your welcome for my 20 dollars and I sure hope you have a better day after having a good time butchering a simple task. my hair will grow back I hope the same for your attitude and skills.
