I went in on August 30th 2018. It was for routine blood work.I checked in using the new kiosk for mobile app check in.It was very easy and the receptionist was very nice and friendly. I waited for a brief time and was sent into a room to wait my turn. The lady who took my blood was great, hardly felt any poke. I was very happy with the overall experience. Great job Lab Corp. Keep up the great work!! read more

They don't answer the phone. The recording says to leave a message and they will call you back but they don't. You have to drive down there to be able to talk to someone. read more

Labcorp offered testing that they were neither equipped, nor qualified to perform. After the technicians debated who would attempt the blood draw, that they did not have the necessary equipment to perform. They attempted unsuccessfully to draw blood from a vein they couldn't find, and ultimately suggested we needed to go to a hospital to perform this testing. Shame on them for traumatizing my son, their employees, and me for the sake of profits. read more

Labcorp - 11 month old arm after unqualified attempt at blood draw - Laboratory Testing Near Me - Wheat Ridge, Colorado

Unbelievable. I made an appointment a month ago, June 18, 2026 for an appointment July 17 at 10 AM. I received an email and text not notification the night before to show up at this location at 10 AM. When I showed up at 10 AM, there was a sign that said this location is closed. I called customer service and they said "we're sorry there's nothing we can do" Labcorp customer service put me on hold twice for 30 minutes plus. Buyer beware, this place sucks. read more

Office experience!!! Receptionist was Very Very Rude to a very elderly couple who walked in! No assistance to help them at the kiosk, they thought she was taking care of them so they stood in the middle of waiting room and she said Nothing to them! 5min or more! Finally a tech came out and SHE checked them in! Took 2min. Receptionist told tech " they REFUSE to use the Kiosk" THEY DIDN'T know HOW! Tech Rosa was Great. This was Wheatridge location! I hope Karma hits this receptionist when she is too Elderly to do things and gets No Help Labcorp Wheatridge 3/24 read more

Terrible. start to finish. We made an. appointment! Got there 10 minutes early. Waited. 20 minutes asked the service person there said we. would be called in 10 minutes waited another20 minutes asked. the lady there. said that the one that just went in had waited since 8:00 so she. needed to go in that we would be called soon!!! My husband only had another. 30 miniutes of oxygen to get the draw and get home. Service person was. pretty rude and short! we left read more

The website says "walk in's welcome!" This couldn't be further from the truth. I was treated like a second-class citizen from the moment I walked in and after 45 minutes, wasn't even checked in yet by the dismissive receptionist, even though every other person who walked in behind me was checked in ahead of me ("The have appointments" - said to me by the receptionist in a condescending tone). So, don't waste your time without an appointment, unless you pack a lunch and are prepared to make yourself comfortable for the long haul (I'm not sure how long I would have waited - I finally left after 45 minutes). Also, the waiting area (never got back behind the "magic door") is really gross. Completely run down, dirty and it looked like it had been that exact way since the Cold War. (granted, it's on the old Lutheran site, so I guess I shouldn't be surprised) read more

I'm not sure why this location has so many negative reviews. I scheduled an appointment and the check in process was easy and the wait was short. Staff were all friendly and Anna in particular made my blood draw quick and painless. read more

DO NOT COME HERE. Read all the reviews and heed my warning. The staff is rude and directs you to self check in, makes you wait 30 minutes only to say they don't have your order. They told ME to call my doctor for the order. My doctor confirmed they sent it to the labcorp central data base a week and a half prior. My doctor also said if they didn't have the order they could easily request it directly from my doctor and not ask me to facilitate it. Thankfully they switched my orders to Quest where they prioritize efficiency and customer service read more

Extremely poor follow-up. My doctor's office tells me that Labcorp frequently reports they do not have the order for blood work, even though the doctor's office says they faxed or emailed it. I have showed up for scheduled appointments and sent home because Labcorp cannot find the doctor's order. Waste of time 2 out of 3 visits. I have called 3 times to confirm whether or not they have the most recent referral. Nobody answers their phone. read more

Rosa is so fantastic each time I go in! Couldn't ask for a more efficient and kind person to take my blood! Thank you as always!

Fran and Naomi did such an excellent job performing a lab draw for my 2yo daughter today. I so appreciate their care and skill. From registration at the kiosk to the sticker at the end, it was a really efficient and well-oiled operation. Thank you! read more

Lutheran Labcorp location is completely incompetent! Had blood draw 12/19/22 I waited one week and called for results, they have no record of my test. Went over to this location in person and office closed at 2:00 pm on 12/29/22 Thursday door lock, called and had to leave message no call back. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!!!!!!!!!! read more

long wait times past allocated appointment time, office staff seemed unorganized and it was a very difficult process getting through the check in read more

Fran did an excellent job! No pain , and she had to draw 7 tubes. Very professional and friendly. Nadine Edgington read more

The front desk staff and phlebotomist we worked with were friendly and helpful. I t was a pain free blood draw as well.

I recommend driving to another location. This one is understaffed and the staff that is there are not skilled. I was jabbed in the arm for a blood draw and had to tell the lady to put the needle in the vein in my arm. When she still couldn't do that she went around yelling for help. Luckily, the next lady was able to draw blood, but my initial arm was severely bruised for weeks. Do yourself a favor and go to a different Labcorp. read more

This place doesn't deserve all the bad reviews. Yes, it was very crowded and it took a bit to get seen (1 hour after my appointment time), however the staff are all very nice and the person who drew my blood was great (took 30 seconds and was painless). read more

Do I really need to read reviews on these places before going? I guess-fucking-so. I've been here an hour and still haven't been seen. Yes, I scheduled, this is not a walk-in. read more

This place is horrible they are rude and not helpful at all!!! The people at the front desk are going at it taking crap to each other. They lost my order and did nothing to help resolve anything. read more

Front desk staff was super friendly! I had an appt and they got me in and out before my appt time. Shannon took the blood draw and she was kind, attentive and just really amazing. read more

I went to this location this morning and it was great. There was a line of mostly retirement-age patients waiting outside for the office to open. The staff members greeted them all in such a friendly way - it was really cute. There was one lady there who had a test order for a different company. One of the staff members behind the desk took the time to make some calls to figure out if they could do it for her. I thought I had come at the wrong time when I saw a big line, but the check-in kiosks made everything go quickly. read more

Blood draw with Fran poking the needle. No discomfort; very gentle. Always a good experience at Wheat Ridge location.

Checked in and was seen and out the door within 15 minutes. Front desk super friendly and Fran was exceptional and an expert!

This is by far the best Labcorp! Everyone is really nice and friendly. I don't recommend the Rose Hospital location. They are very rude and hasty! read more

To add to my previous review also don't trust their billing system! I entered all of my information each time I went and they only billed my primary carrier and tried to bill me for the remainder instead of billing the secondary carrier. When I called she tried to tell me I didn't enter it even though it's literally saved online! And they only billed me for the remainder on SOME claims. Like I said before incompetent except before I thought it was the location, it appears it's just just the company in general. Go to quest diagnostic 1 door down you'll be much happier read more

I needed lab work today. After, reading the reviews for Labcorp at the Rose Medical Center, I arrived and I did not want to get tested there. Although, it was the closest Labcorp from my dr. I went to the Wheat Ridge Labcorp. It has improved so much from my pre-cancer visits. Then, I was terrified to use the kiosk. I felt helpless. Today, I was warmly greeted by staff and the technicians were so respectful and kind. read more

My last two experiences here have been amazing! I work with a functional medicine doctor and typically have some pretty extensive labs to get done. Everytime I have done here- everyone from the front desk to the phlebotomist have been so accommodating and kind! Today they went out of there way to make sure I was comfortable since I had quiet a few vials drawn. Highly recommend this location :) read more

I understand that most places are understaffed and that it's hard to keep a good positive working attitude when things are overwhelming, but the fact that the tech came into my room, didn't tie me off to find a good vein, just poked me and sent me on my way, just made me feel like a lab rat in an experiment. A little common courtesy goes a long way and what if I was terrified of needles? If you don't like your job, find another. Don't make others suffer because you're unhappy or unable to perform your job in high stress environments with the level of care it requires. read more

This is the worst customer service I've ever seen in a medical facility. Poorly run and the employees keep talking about how messed up their system is so it doesn't inspire any confidence they are capable of doing their job at all. read more

I was a bit nervous when I first arrived because the receptionist reminded me a bit of the soup nazi from Seinfeld. I did rather appreciate how sweet Taylor was. She had an amazing disposition, and I barely noticed a needle was going in my arm. The next time I have unprotected sex and need to get tested, Taylor is my girl. read more

I visited your Wheat Ridge location on Monday, Nov. 4th. I arrived at 10:25am and waited till 10:55pm, 30 mins I waited. I then had to leave to a doctor's appointment and came back at 11:40am. I then waited till 12:25pm, over 45 mins. Total today I spent over an hour waiting to get my blood drawn. There were two staff members, a waiting room full of patients. Is this how you operate your facility? I feel horrible for your staff who are doing everything they possibly can to stay ahead of the game and also deliver a decent customer service experience, but this is beyond their control. Why are you only staffing with two people? There should be at least one person at the front desk helping with payments, insurance, check-ins. Plus at a minimum another two-lab techs drawing blood and doing the physical labs. read more

The waiting room was rough and filled with people who didn't have their actual doctors orders on them or didn't successfully get their orders electronically sent so everyone was calling docs to get their orders either faxed in or emailed in. Apparently if you don't have the orders sent on the same day you go-things get lost so be aware. But this 5 star review is for Angelina the nurse/front desk person who handled ALL of the craziness and stress and anger with compassion and speed and then went on to actually go back and draw my blood without any pain and in record time. These guys need a tech upgrade so it's not their fault but make sure you bring your doctors orders/copy or have your doc email then THE SAME DAY YOU GO IN. And say hi to Angelina- she is an angel ! read more

Ignore the bad reviews! I go to this location once a month to get my bloodwork done. This takes no more than 20 minutes from the time you get to the office to the time you're back in the car. The staff is friendly and helpful. The tech who draws my blood is so sweet! She's talkative and friendly and completely understands that when I get my blood drawn I have to look the other direction. No one loves getting their blood drawn, but the staff at this LabCorp make it a breeze. They recently moved offices (same building) so now they're in room 120 which is to the left when you enter. It's a lot nicer! read more

I don't normally write bad reviews, but this place was just awful. The visit itself was fine and efficient, however, they never sent me or my doctor any results. She called them, and then I also called them a month later, and they just said that there was no record of me having any work done on that date. Two months after the lab test, I received a bill for $252 saying that my insurance company couldn't process the claim. I called customer service asking why I was being charged for a lab test they couldn't find, and after she called the lab, she was told that they DID have results and that they DID send it to my doctor and that they would resend them. And the reason my insurance company couldn't process the claim was the Labcorp front desk person had incorrectly written down the insurance card info. At least the customer service rep was helpful and resubmitted the claim for me. read more

I liked the easy kiosk check in, as well as the staff. The phlebotomist was a dream- couldn't even feel the needle. Easiest blood draw in my life. (Wed, 8/8 mid-day staff.) read more

Wear a mask, people. The phlebotomist leaned in close to take blood, without wearing a mask. A health-care worker. Next to a major hospital. Someone needs to manage things better here. Don't ask people to sign, using your pens. Don't take their credit cards. Most businesses are figuring out a different way. Coffee shops can figure it out. Health care businesses should lead this effort. read more

The receptionists are awful. They are rude and unhelpful to patients trying to check in. They don't help patients with the check in kiosks especially the elderly people who have had to ask other people waiting instead. They seem uninterested in being at least kind to the people there and shove off any attempt of helpfulness. I have been here many times, since this is my closest locations, and never once have been satisfied with how they treat people. I will say the wait without appointments are not very long and they are quick but honestly I wouldn't come here otherwise. read more

I have never had a problem at this facility , I am recovering from Cancer , therefore I have had a lot of I.V.s and needles inserted into my body. If I could give no stars I would. After signing in on the kiosk, you then have to do the same thing and sign in with the front desk. Mind you there is only one person working. More people started piling in and he said that he will have to check every single person in before starting to draw blood, with people continually coming through the door. He called his supervisor for help, who then told him to continue this process despite the insufficiency. The gentleman working was perfectly polite and nice and doing his best, it's the system he has to work inIf you have approximately 3 hours to wait around and waste your time then this is the place for you. read more
