You must check in with the kiosk first

Things have really changed since I was last here. You no longer can check in with a person at the front desk and sign up with a list.( They don't want to pay for staff and it shows.) There was only two ladies in the office which one was the phlebotomist. It took me three tries to be able to get their machine to work. A woman came in after me went to the kiosk and was able to check in on a separate machine that worked. She was then put ahead of me. I was lucky it wasn't busy when I was there. Once I finish with the kiosk someone came from the back and called my name and I had to go confirm all the information that they have at a side desk which seemed redundant. Another's thing that bothered me was the kiosk was dirty and each person has to touch it which means it's loaded with germs and if a person is sick, you have a higher chance of catching what they have. A woman by the name of Sharon who was a phlebotomist did a wonderful job taking my blood. She was very nice, and professional. I didn't feel her taking my blood, and usually have problems with my veins not this time. Sharon was quick and precise. I'm disappointed in the attitude that the office has. It seems like they don't like being there. They don't smile, and they seem like they can't wait to leave. Having a good attitude helps in keeping people who need testing calm and relaxed. There is a large waiting room, but with only two ladies in the office I can see a potential backup happening. You can park on the street, and their are some spots available in the lot. Quite a few are designated for other companies. There is only one handicapped spot for the entire building which is loaded with many businesses. When you walk in make sure you take the first elevator on the right to the first floor. You're coming in on the basement floor. You will then go to Suite 102. This place can get really really busy! You can go online and make a reservation, but you'll still have to check in with the kiosk. This place could be really good if they got these ladies more help!

Came to this office years ago, nestled in a foresty area on the outskirts of Watchung and right on the border of Warren Township. The office is located on the "first" floor which is really a the second floor and you need to take an elevator or stairs up to the place. The waiting room is spacious and clean. Most recent visit (2019 September) the place was still clean and spacious. They also added digital check-in kiosks in the waiting room seemingly to speed up the check-in process. While I was waiting it seemed like another lady had issues checking in because her license was handicapped and didn't scan properly. There are only two "front" desk workers checking people in and maybe sometimes only one. The medical professionals drawing blood know what they're doing and are fast but aren't that friendly and seem like they are tired to be doing their job. Still, they get the job done appropriately and cleanly so that's the important thing. Make sure to make your appointments online and check in via your mobile phone. It works very smoothly for this Labcorp site.

I had the worst experience here. Came in about 7:30 to be greeted by two Ipad check in systems. I used the one on the left which could not read my insurance information, but just said to verify it at the front desk after check in and said that my check in was complete after I finished. After 30+ minutes of waiting, I went in and asked the worker who told me to just stay waiting. A couple minutes later she said I wasn't even on the wait list because the information was incomplete and to check in again. Same results and showed her a picture of the the iPad display. She did not give an explanation or anything. After checking in for the third time on the machine on the right (which worked) it finally checked us in but put us all the way at the end of the check in waitlist. An hour later, still waiting in the waiting area with no apology for the wait. Not to mention there is still no sign on the non working machine. The lady behind the counter was also very rude when dealing with the whole situation Update: thirty minutes later still here and waiting. Told 5+ people to use the other machine. Asked for a pen and paper to write a sign that it didn't work, was told that the machine does work and to sit back down. Very frustrated.

Have had blood work here for years and never had an issue. Went today and was in and out in ten minutes and blood draw was nearly painless

Horrible company and poorly staffed location. You cannot get an appointment even if you are trying to book.weeks ahead of schedule.

Be prepared to wait atleast an hour! Got there at 8am and one person was done by 8:50. They are incompetent
