The kiosk check-in was easy. Natasha at the desk called me up within 5 minutes and quickly and kindly got me all checked in. Waited no more than 10 minutes and then Vanessa took my bloodwork in the BEST STICK EVER (I'm a tough one. Vanessa got it on the first try with no discomfort whatsoever. EPIC). So I made an appointment at the location so that I would collect on site and not have any issues. I just got my results back this morning and in the results it said that since the sample was over 2 hours old it is not a good test. This means either the front desk staff was incompetent and did not get my sample back to the lab considering it was in my hands for less than 15 minutes before giving it to them or it was not handled properly by the staff once received in the lab. I cannot trust that any of my future tests are going to be handled by them properly.

Frank is wonderful, both in getting the blood drawn easily and painlessly, and also being a kind person that puts you at ease as you chat with him. They recently moved downstairs and have a few other people working there, all are equally as qualified and nice as Frank. Recently my 13 year old son needed his blood drawn for the first time. He was nervous and remembered my husband and I talking about how good Aim to Please was. He asked if we could bring him there, instead of the hospital lab near us which is stark and cold. While we have recently moved 40 minutes away from their office, we made the trek for this appointment and couldn't be happier. The new office is welcoming and warm, and they did a great job making my son feel relaxed during the draw. I highly recommend Aim to Please!

Their kinder in a stressful pandemic situation than others were outside a pandemic. Unfortunately Zac is at another location now and Vanessa floats to different locations. Fortunately Elizabeth is still there... for now. The location is good about Covid safety. They are now by appointment only so you're in the office with no more than 1 other person. You only walk in once you get the text to go in after you check in on your phone. They check your temp when you walk in, not that that helps asymptomatic cases, but they can only do what they can. They have Purell hand sanitizers, not the cheap dollar store Assured brand a doctors office had that was FDA recalled for methanol! So glad I slathered that baby on all over :/

Check in was easy just got to the kiosks by the door and scan a code they send via email or scan your drivers license. Then the nice lady at the desk calls you up and makes sure you have everything ready to go. Wait was short and they took me 5 min early. The woman who took the blood was great. What is the point of making an appointment when they are always slow to the point that you have to wait hours past your scheduled time and then , they are incapable to do their jobs but have tons of justifications that are not even close to explain this poor customer service.

Thank you for the neglectful "care" and belittling along with the countless excuses as to why you couldn't be bothered to respect what someone tells you to call them. I always feel seen and heard visiting this location. I never feel rushed and if anything I feel comfortable and at ease. I've gone in from everything from a cold, to cuts, to all allergic reactions and they're always so quick to help. It's great as well because they have an in-house pharmacy for some prescriptions so it's nice not having to travel to an additional pharmacy to pick things up if you do get prescribed something. I've also done a CT here as well when I was experiencing vertigo and it was the most seamless experience.

Wasn't a concern as we have OON Urgent care coverage via our employer (which I showed to the person checking me in) so we proceeded. What they aren't transparent about is that they don't bill for Urgent Care, they bill it as an office visit. Why didn't the front desk mention they weren't an urgent care clinic?! When you call billing they stone wall you saying they aren't urgent care, they are primary care. No one believes Zoom Care is primary care, it is not how they brand themselves either. Never mind the PDF billing receipts says "Zoom Care Urgent Care" at the top. If you ask to speak to a supervisor, they aren't able to take calls. If you ask to have someone call you, they don't make calls. If you ask how billing issues are typically disputed, they say you call them (i.e. they will stonewall you). Mejla, my billing rep, was ROUGH on the call - very dismissive, interrupted, and was giving an attitude once I expressed the slightest frustration with the situation. Girl, go work for an ethical company, I'm sure you will be happier. Further, the consumer scheduling experience via the website doesn't indicate it's not urgent care, nor does it indicate their billing practices. In an urgent situation you are supposed to schedule and then navigate to another part of their website to read their billing practices.
