If I could give this place a zero, I would. I was in kind of urgent need of a test to be done, and this location was one of the few labs open at the time. Unfortunately, when I arrived, not only was it extremely hard to even find (no signs on any building, and minimal wayfinding inside), but there was a sign on the locked door of the Labcorp. It claimed that they were only doing appointments that day. I knocked anyway, in the hopes that maybe they'd still help. When someone finally did come to the door, they weren't particularly kind. They said that they personally decided to only take appointments today. I asked if there was any way to check if that is the case online before driving way out to this place again. They replied "no", said goodbye, and closed the door. If you are in urgent need to get some sort of test done for a medical situation, probably try to find somewhere else. Or, if time permits in your situation, get an appointment and see how that goes. Who knows, they might actually help you out. read more

Labcorp - Laboratory Testing Near Me - Riverdale, Georgia

Bad reviews didn't show up on my visit. I waited 3 mins past my appointment time, and the tech Tasha was amazing. She was kind and extremely skilled at her job. She told me "big stick" and I didn't feel anything ‍ I was in and out in 15 mins Thanks read more

Pretty quick for me. Came on a Thursday at 245 Left about 20 minutes later. Can't complain read more

This is the worst and slowest Labcorp in history. We waited 1 1/2 hours and the girl at the front desk is no help. They need more help because , it shouldn't take this long read more

I am not necessarily afraid of needles, but the people who handle them. My veins can be small and roll at times and I have had many stick me multiple times times and move it around under the skin with no results. But Twaneshia was amazing, got it on the first try, talked me through what was going on, and have a beautiful spirit! So appreciative of her! I made an appointment and was seen immediately when I arrived. read more

Bri was awesome. Top tier customer service. She needs a bonus or something, she had to work the front desk and take clients back. Wow, great multitasker. read more

South side Labcorp location - Ample parking with several handicap spaces - Located on the Southern Regional Medical Campus in building 81 - Limited hours but they are open on Saturday from 8am - 12pm - Drug testing ends at 4pm but your probably want to be there by 3:30pm - I arrived at 4:05pm for a blood test and was met with some attitude, they close at 4:30pm M - F. I ordered blood testing online from HealthLabs.com because my iron was low during my previous PCP visit and I wanted to see if the iron pills were working. Doing so was cheaper and easier than going thru my PCP. Most of my Healthcare needs at met at Emory Midtown and they do have a LabCorp location there but I did not want to deal with parking so I headed south to this location. It's pretty shabby compared to the LabCorp locations on the Northside but such is life in ATL. The nurse did change her tune and was pleasant when drawing my blood which she did very easily with no pain. I've been here several times and will be back because it's easy to get to and there is easy, ample parking. I do wish they would upgrade the facility but am not anticipating that they will anytime soon. read more

I've been to this location twice and on both occasions it was a poor experience. I scheduled both appointments days in advanc, arrived on time and still had to wait over 45 minutes for service each visit. read more

Staff disorganized with Faxed Authorization Form; a repeated pattern- never can find Faxed form and shift blame to Dr. Office while I'm caught in the middle Frustrated because I can't be seen without the form. Front office Staff is brutal verbally, emotionally, psychologically and spiritually by giving nasty push back yet can't take it when you push back at them. Horrible attitude- I don't see your form, here's the Fax number with an ugly tone and disgusting body language ! Terrible patient treatment---having bitter remarks behind the counter directed at me because I knew they received the form but couldn't find it. Once I asked for a supervisor a Staff said behind counter, I apologize to waiting room clients---we could hear it but not directly to me. I will never return to this office- beyond Rediculous- nightmare. Dr. Bonita read more

What would you expect is what I asked myself... its ghetto asf. No customer service, nonchalant bitches! Schedule your appointments elsewhere! Do not give them any business!!!!!!! Came for an appointment booked two weeks in advance, arrive at 11:14 for an 11:15 for a pre-employment drug screen and I'm told drug screens stopped at 11. ARE YOU FUCKIN KIDDING ME!!! The woman upfront couldn't have cared LESS!!!!! Showed my appt confirmation and she opted to care to glimpse at it, just kept repeating business hours throughout the week!! How rude! IDGAF WHO FAULT IT IS, FIX YOUR SHIT!!!!!! ONLINE IS THE ONLY FORM OF SCHEDULING A APPOINTMENT!! IF THIS IS SO, IT SHOULD BE ACCURATE!!!!!!!!!! IM PISSED! I SCHEDULED A DRUG SCREEN AT A WHITE LOCATION! IM SURE, I WONT HAVE THE SAME EXPERIENCE! read more

Disregard the bad reviews. This place was incredible. Very friendly. Quick service. Very efficient and a pleasant surprise! Thank you Tye and the team read more

Nice location. Clean, quick and friendly staff members at this location. They are usually open Mon - Sat and some Holidays as well. If you go online you can actually get processed at the front desk quicker. Also don't let the online scheduling fool you. If you are there earlier than your appointment time and no one else is there then they will take you at that time. I would suggest that you call them to find out if you need to follow any specific instructions, like do NOT Eat after Midnight. Having this knowledge would have helped me avoid the drive on many previous occasions to only be told to come back another day. But this time I knew better. They are located behind the Quick Trip across from Quest Diagnostics. read more

My experience was less than stellar! The staff here is beyond unprofessional, and the facility is in desperate need of a through cleaning. read more

I had an appointment at 12:30am for a drug test ( takes 2 mins) i have been to this place before they are never this slow. I checked in etc. since the pandemic it was a sign on the door that said you had to check in & wait in your car or waiting lobby. I waited in the car. They were supposed to send a text. Never got that an hour went by still nothing. I went in to see what was the wait. Mind you when I got there it was literally no one in there. So im complaining at this point I had to check in 3x and didnt leave until 2:15 thats 2 hours that went by. The people that worked there were not clearly doing there job by not sending the text or making sure I filled out the proper paper work. I would not recommend at all read more

This by far the worst LabCorp I have ever seen. I cant even remember the lady name but she was very rude and unprofessional with with me and other clients. She was also rushing because it was almost time for them to go to lunch and they didn't want to be held back. She even told a man to sit down the she snatch his papers out of his hand because she was in a rush. Now I know that they all have to be trained on children and sometime they may have to hold them you know to collect blood. In this case my child was there to see what she was allergic to. My child only needed one more tube and she told me no because she was crying to much and that my child was to strong for her to hold and that I'm going to have to come back another time and told the other worker to throw away the 2 tubes that she already collected away....WHAT? My child will be the same was so what going to be any different. Are you going to just keep sending me away because they don't know how to do there job. This is not fair. Any my child really need this, the have no idea. Now i have to start over because of them. read more

The Riverdale Labcorp staff ROCK! Today while visiting this facility I personally observed a staff that was the epitome of professional caring individuals. Every customer that came in their facility were treated with respect and the staff did their best to support and ensure that their needs were met. I know this is supposed to be what companies deliver, but very rarely do you see an entire staff that works in concert to this end goal. I highly recommend this office. PS: Good idea though to try and make an appointment if possible. read more

I seen all the bad reviews so I was worried but maybe i just always try to see the best I had an early appointment 10:30 staff was nice to me and was a quick process as soon as I signed in 5 minutes later they were ready for me and I left satisfied read more

This office is very slow. Been waiting over a hour to do a drug test. Yes I did walk in. Concentra don't have you waiting like this. This company need to do better. I didn't want to do 1 star but had to, to make this review. Thumbs way down!! read more

They are very busy most of the time and sometimes the wait is long but getting an appointment on line is the correct answer. labcorp.com· really the best way to make it as pleasant as lab work can be.. and the tech's doing the work are very good at what they do, AND FAST AND PLEASANT..... ( IF YOU WANT THEM TO BE NICE, YOU BENICE TO THEM, CAUSE IT'S NOT THEIR FAULT YOU HAVE TO BE THERE....) HAVE A NICE DAY CHUCK CHILDERS read more

If I could give this office a negative star I would. This is the definition of being unprofessional in the work place. The "techs" if that is what you want to generously call them, has conversations about their personal issues while standing in front of the window, they did not acknowledge patients they simply continued to talk! They left the window unattended for extended periods of time, and the wait IS absolutely RIDICULOUS! If the employees would actually do their job, maybe just maybe the wait would not take all day. Stay away from this GHETTO LAPCORP. read more

Very slow! You will still have to check in and wait even though you had made an appointment. Bad service as well. I do not recommend coming to this location. read more

I have been using this location for around 10 years, but it has gone way down in customer service. Three days ago I had to cancel an appointment due to unforeseen problems. I go regularly for at least three doctors so I am a regular patient and visit at a constant time. My doctors will send a message to the location for the day they need me to have blood drawn. I have tried five times since Tuesday, today is Friday, to talk to someone on the phone, but only get a response they are busy and will return my call shortly. I wanted to know if they kept my test order for several days on their computers or just delete it if not used on that specific day. I have been unable to get a call back in the four days. THEY DO NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONES HANDLING CUSTOMERS CONCERNS OR DO CALLBACKS. I would suggest trying Quest across the parking lot from Labcorp on the ground floor. My wife was told to use them by her doctor two weeks ago. They were very professional and efficient appearing to have everything in order. I am deciding to try the appointments I now have for Labcorp but may consider Quest in the future. PS... for the past year since COVID I have yet to have even my temperature checked while at this Labcorp location. read more

Showed up at 430 told they were closed and wouldn't help me today asked how long procedure would take they said five minutes. Hmmm web site doesn't state last patient time or last call at 430 says closes at 5 pm hmmmmm.....let you form your own!! read more

I took the advice of other Yelpers and scheduled an appointment online ahead of time for a new employee drug screen. I was in and out of there in 13 minutes total on a Friday afternoon. No complaints whatsoever! read more

Horrible customer service. They do not smile, speak to you in a rude manner, and throw paperwork to you as opposed to handing it to you. Avoid this place unless you are trying to incorporate these people's bad moods into your days. They work as if they hate their jobs and are ready to go home and quit. read more

The facility is clean; however, the technicians are extremely slow and are not considerate of peoples' time. Currently, there are over 11 people waiting to be seen and only one technician is actually working. Furthermore, the staff is unprofessional-cursing, talking loud, and on cell phones while working. Simply ridiculous!!! read more

Worst blood testing ever! Women was not able to get computer to work. Another person signed her in. Then she was not able to check my wife in. Had to get someone else to do that. Next she was not able to draw blood from either arm, BUT was able to make my wife cry in pain, pushing and pulling the needle in and out to find the vein. Was going to do a third stick when I told her NO, protocol is to get another person. Scott came to do it. We have have Scott pull blood many times over the past 3 years. He is a gift! Professional, quick, NO pain, and personable! If only more people like him were in this line. read more
