They said no just come in and drop it off. Ok I come, and realize I'm #6 on the walk in list with 11 scheduled appointments. Another walk in said she's been waiting for an hour, and at this point I've been there 30 min. So I knew being after her and with other appointments coming in that I needed to speak up and let them know I'm just here for a drop off, as I was told. One of the workers in front of everyone tries to make it seem like I'm just an impatient person hoping to cut the line. Constantly repeating "Well other people have been waiting longer than you" as well as "If you don't want to wait you needed to make an appointment". Regardless of me reiterating that I was told by them that I didn't need one. If I would've been told the right information, of course I would've made an appointment. A proper response would've been "I apologize for the incorrect information you were told, but unfortunately you do have to wait." Instead of making it seem like it's my fault I was told wrong information and in front of people trying to pin me out to be impatient. Of course I'm frustrated in knowing I'll wait over an hour to something that I was told would be in and out. Had I have gotten a nicer response, I'd wait no problem mistakes happen and there'd be no reason to write this.

Dr. Dreazhen and the rest of the staff did a fantastic job getting me back to where I needed to be from initial treatment through the follow-up process. Very thorough throughout. My injuries healed very nicely and I'm back to where I need to be, largely due to the treatment I received here.

At least the paper says that, right up until you try to turn it in and then they tell you they won't help unless you sign your rights away. Turns out, you should've just allowed them to turn you away because when the doctor finally does help you, all he does is squeeze your injured area and acknowledge it is swollen but that it isn't an injury. Glad your magic technique cured the pain and that you wouldn't provide even a doctors note. Except it didn't help, all you did was start talking about how a judge wouldn't rule in my favor. Wtf are you a doctor or a lawyer? Wrong profession big guy. all you've accomplished is fucking me over while still somehow managing to get paid for your services. You should be ashamed that you not only failed to render services but then felt the need to be a condescending prick on top of it. I look forward to bringing you the xray of my broken foot from a doctor that actually cared to do their job. I hope anyone with an injury reads this post first and has the common sense to go see a doctor that actually takes their oath seriously and avoid someone that apparently takes pleasure in screwing over their patient. There was ample parking in their lot and I was helped as soon as I walked in the door. The staff were friendly, helpful, and very understanding. I only had to wait a couple minutes before I was brought back and my imaging was done right away. Again, everyone was kind and pleasant. It was a nice experience and I definitely will be back for more diagnostic care.
