While I understand and respect that your staff may be bilingual, I was deeply disappointed by the lack of inclusive communication during my visit. Throughout my time at the facility, nearly all communication among the staff, including the management, was conducted exclusively in Spanish. As someone who does not speak the language, this created an immediate and uncomfortable barrier. It made it incredibly difficult to understand what was happening around me, follow along, or feel confident that professional standards were being maintained. While it is wonderful to accommodate Spanish-speaking clients, true inclusivity means being considerate of every ethnic and linguistic group. When an entire office and its leadership communicate solely in a language that not all clients or visitors share, it creates an environment that feels biased and exclusive. A professional environment should prioritize clear, accessible, and inclusive communication for everyone who walks through the door. I hope you will take this feedback constructively and look into establishing better communication standards among your team so that all visitors feel welcome, respected, and informed. Sincerely,
