I was tended to by a very personable and professional phlebotomist, Isabel, who did an absolutely INCREDIBLE job drawing my blood. I could not imagine a better experience, and I'm so grateful for people like her who take patient care to the next level. She'd be a great person to supervise and train others for this company.

I was not feeling well, pretty dehydrated and I called All Set (which is awesome) and they told me to contact Immediate Care because they have IV fluids available. So I called at 7:03 and I asked if I got there before 8pm (when they close) would they treat me and they said yes. So we drove the 30 mins there and at about 7:50 they took me back to triage. At approximately 8:00pm Becky came in WITH AN ATTITUDE. She just checked my ears and mouth asked me why Im dehydrated then told me that she would need labs stat on me and since they did not do that there there is nothing she can do for me. I then asked for fluids and she flat out refuse stating that she refuses to stay after 8pm to give me any. That was my visit. It was over in less than 3 minutes and that was me asking her why she's refusing to treat me. This is eerily veering into insurance fraud to me. Why even take me back? Why check me in? Why take me to triage? Only other tell me in less Thant 2 minutes you cat do anything for me. You made me drive 30 minutes there to just look at the back of my throat?? BECKYS LICENSE NEED TO BE LOOKED AT. THIS COMPANY THAT HIRED HER NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED. YOU ADMIT PATIENTS BEFORE 8PM TO GET INSURANCE MONEY ONLY FOR BECKY TO SAY SHE CAN'T DO ANYTHING AFTER 8PM. He doesn't get home until 7:00pm and most urgent cares close at 8:00pm. So we immediately went to the nearest one, which was this location, and arrived roughly at 7:10pm. As soon as we walk in, who I am assuming is the receptionist, is standing in the lobby and whips around and looks completely confused as to why we are there. I then asked if they were still open, and she goes to say "well yeah, until 7:30, have we seen you before?" I go "well if it's too late we can go somewhere else, but no you haven't seen us before" she goes on to walk into the back behind the counter obviously annoyed and slamming the door behind her. I then brought up once again if we need to go somewhere else we would. She then goes "well it's just like, I have an hour drive home" as if that is supposed to be my problem? If you cannot have any sympathy for someone who is not feeling well, don't work in healthcare. We happily went somewhere else, and they have taken great care of my boyfriend. I will never come back here. So sad to see how many bad apples are in the healthcare field nowadays.....

When speaking to the secretary she stated that a bill had been sent each month for the past 6 months and I had been contacted by phone as well. It's hard to believe that 6 or 7 bills were lost in the mail when they had the correct address on file and that my voicemail never captured any messages from them. If honesty in billing is important to you then take your business elsewhere.

I am close to a year trying to contact them (billing number nobody ever answers, I submitted multiple online tickets) for an invoice they keep sending me instead of billing Medicaid. They actually bill you through NextCare and there is no way of contacting their billing (see above).
