If you can avoid getting any lab work done from this company at any of their locations please do. If you like getting bills from almost a year a half from when you used their services or a non existent customer service line this is the place. I would give this company - 5 stars if I could. I don't know where they find the idiots to work in their billing/insurance claims department. I have talked to them on the phone at least five times and given them the information for my secondary insurance every time and they still screwed it up. Every person I talked to I stressed that they had to get the benefits ID number exactly as I told them or it would not go through. It supposedly had been sent to my insurance 5 times with no response. I tried to explain to them that if they don't have that number on there exactly my secondary insurance won't know who to apply it to and it just goes in the garbage basically. Well now we're past the year time frame that is allowed for my secondary insurance to pay for it so now I have to pay for the remaining balance. I would also like to mention I had the same problem with them a few years ago and I ended up having to pay that one as well. When I need blood work done again, if possible I will drive to Texas or Arkansas to get it done so that it is not done through DLO. read more

I would not give a star but I don't see that choice. I went for a blood test and told them I have tiny veins. He told me he will not use a pediatric needle as it takes too long! So he went in a vein and did not get blood but rather than going to another vein he punched the needle in causing me great pain! I screamed and he said sorry! It's been two weeks and still I have pain. I reported it but a week went by and no answer! Beware the guy still works there stabbing people! read more

I was referred to them by a clinic I went to. I needed to have blood work done. I called made an appointment. The time frame that would work for me was during my hour lunch. Waited 20 minutes to be seen. I get back and get my blood drawn. I will admit I am a hard stick. I know this and I always give a head's up. I am not willing to be stuck several times. So she assured me that she could get it done. She struggles a little but finally gets it done. It took my whole lunch hour. I get back to work. I get a call right before they close saying there was an issue with my sample. I tried to call back spoke to several people. No one knew why I was calling. I asked for the lady who left me a message. No one knew who she was. So we are now entering the twilight zone. It took 10mins for them to find my chart or tell me what the issue was. So finally I am told my samples clotted. (Never ever had that happen before) That that they needed me to come back. I decided not to waste another hour with them. So fast forward 4 months. I get a bill for 1559.59 and a whole list of charges. I was charged for a vitamin b shot I never received and list of other charges. All for a sample I was told they couldn't use. Trying to dispute or ask questions about the fraudulent charges has been fun. I keep getting the runaround. So be careful and review your charges because the math isn't mathing! No one can explain why I was charged for a shot I never received and all these test that they claimed they ran on a sample they claimed they couldn't use. Thankfully my insurance will cover most if not all of the charges. But I am calling BS and will not recommend anyone using the shady lab. read more

This lab doesn't even deserve any stars but 1 star is the lowest!!! There is a little ipad to check in and no one at the front desk! I made an appointment at 7:30am because my doctor wanted the labs done at 8:00am and she gave me a paper stating what labs were that she wanted done and then she wants them faxed to her so anyway there's one lady working in the back and it's the one and only phlebotomist and she calls me back there I hand her the little paper stating what my doctor wants and then she sends me back out to wait and said she will call my doctors office and said it may be 30 minutes to an hour wait and so I waited about an hour and a half and go back in and when she calls someone back there I catch her and ask her if she got through to my doctors office and she said I called them I'm waiting and so I said ok and keep waiting and I waited about 30 minutes and go back in and caught her again while she was calling someone else back and I said I have the number of the doctor and her fax number if you would like it and she said rudely to me I'm taking them back you're going to have to wait!! I was there for 2 and a half hours after my appointment time!! so I got mad and left!! she was rude to me and if I wanted to wait almost 3 hours I wouldn't have made a damn appointment!! I don't recommend this place at all!! They have bad service!! read more
