I went in today as a walk-in for pre employment testing and had a wonderful experience. I was able to check myself in on the kiosk & I was called back after about 10 minutes. The phlebotomist was excellent and polite. Based on some of the previous reviews, I was a bit nervous, but everything went very well during my visit. read more

Run!!!! and very fast!! They DO NOT know how to withdraw blood. One week later and I still have bruises that are unslightly. Do NOT go here, EVER! They are negative 20 stars and are the rudest couple of gals I have EVER met. Lazy and just plain hard to look at because they fit the bill. Impossible to them to tell you the right information. Went in one day they said come back tomorrow. Went back in the next day said I needed an appointment. Same person btw, why Wouldn't they have just told me that in the first place. So I scheduled an appointment, the website let me schedule an appointment on a day the clinic is closed. Staff was very dismissive and didn't verify information with me about my sample. Urine still in toilet from previous person. Didn't verify with me that the cup had been labeled properly. This place was by far the worst in customer services and any empathetic feels at all. First being brought back by Va and having no smile and with any questions she right away turned to get her manager. Second, in meeting with Brandon he was full of BS and no understanding of an EMR and how things can be done differently or with kindness not a standoff of who's right or wrong or how it could be fixed. If I worked for labcorp I would be appalled by your staff at this location. If you have tests in the future I suggest going to a different location. The nurse injured my arm during a blood draw. Had horrible pain, while she tried to blame the needle type, the local manager said it was the placement of the needle. They aggreged to pay my medical expenses to go into urgent care. It's been two months since submitting medical expenses and they now refuse to respond, even after admitting their fault. Went for annual physical lab work due to insurance coverage of 100% at lab corp vs a co-pay at my doctors lab. Doctor didn't get results so I checked my online records. Results were in but one of two doctors listed was someone I never heard of. My prescription was almost out so I left lab corp a message (no real person answers even during business hours and they close super early). No call back. Now my prescription is out. I call again after the weekend and a business day, no one available again, leave a message. No call back. Wait a couple days, still no one is answering the phone. I call my insurance company, what can they do. They call some main office and conference us together. They figure out how to get results to the correct doctors. No apologies, no we'll talk to the office you worked with about answering/responding to calls. I won't be back. Will likely change insurance, savings isn't worth this kind of hassle. read more

Update: after 2 weeks of the test, I still don't see my test results from the portal. Called the customer service twice and they keep telling me it would be uploaded to the portal, it wasn't happening. Seriously avoid using Labcorp at all costs. It's like an energy vampire that sucks out all your energy (and blood). read more

Just had a routine blood draw here and had a great experience! The check in process was fast and was via kiosk (need to bring driver's license) and they got me in early for my appointment. The woman drawing my blood was super friendly, fast, and accurate. They also have easy parking and the building is well-marked, making this place easy to find. read more

I had an appointment scheduled today at 1 o'clock. I checked in promptly at 1 o'clock using their kiosk which was very easy to use just scanning my drivers license and insurance card. With that being said this is in fact a medical facility which does require masks by state mandate. The facilities waiting room is very tiny and was completely full (maybe 10) with unmasked patients unable to separate 6 feet apart. After about 45 minutes of waiting one of the lab techs came through the waiting room and out the front door wearing her gloves... A moment later she returned through the front door going back into treatment area still wearing her gloves. This is a huge infection control issue! And let's not even mention that we're still in a pandemic! I approached the front desk and asked one of the clinicians why I've been waiting 50 minutes and no one has even spoken to me. She responded very rude to me stating that they were shortstaffed and I needed to be patient and turned around and walked away from me. I did stand there until she eventually returned and told her I am canceling my appointment. She rolled her eyes at me and said OK. I maybe should've mentioned the gloves/infection control to her but I think I'll just report it. Unfortunately I had to put one star down but this clinic is poorly run and doesn't even deserve that. read more

The employees at this location were extremely unhelpful, unfriendly and quite rude. I accompanied a nonnative English speaker. When I spoke up and stepped in to assist and they were still abrupt and short with me. I know that not all jobs are exciting, but these employees had just returned from a long lunch break so it's not as if they have such a taxing job. read more

Had to do an employment drug test here at the Bloomington location. I left my work phone with the "account" number on it at home so I didn't have physical access to it. The tech working at the front was RUDE. I told her I didn't have the actual paperwork on hand, but I did have the appointment confirmation number. So I read it off to her and she gave out an ANNOYED SIGH. Like EXCUSE ME!? You're there to help patients out and yet you're going to be unprofessional?? YOU NEED TO GET OUT OF CUSTOMER SERVICE if you don't know how to be professional. Working as the front desk person, YOU should have access to look up my name and see if I have an appointment. If you can't even figure that out, then that says something else about you. The other staff looked at me like I was crazy too. Didn't offer any solutions just looked at me in complete silence.
