She got extremely angry and offended after the second attempt, when I asked nicely if there was someone else who could try. She would not answer. My son is a disabled adult capable of handling himself so I excused myself and left the room. It took her 4 tries total to get the blood and each time she was wiggling the needle around then pulling in and out to get it to work. I won't be surprised if the tests have to be redone. She was unprofessional and rude. Will not go back to this clinic ever. Our regular clinic in Watkins Center, which has been good in the past, butwas closed for some reason.

This office is the smallest one I've been to for them. It's seating capacity is less than 10, which left a few standing as they either waited for the intake folks to call them or to see the technician. Once I was called for the intake, I began sensing I was in a health office unlike any I had ever entered! Why? They are by far the nicest medical profession people I have ever encountered in the most genuine of ways! While waiting for the technician, I watched as they explained to one person why they couldn't do their Covid test, but provided them a non-Labcorp site that would and gave them directions, all without being asked! The thought of the specialness of my experience was ultimately confirmed when I had me blood taken and the technician was just as nice as all of the others! Now there are likely many teams that work there and they may not all be up to this standard, but my hat goes off to team 4 for a great medical experience!

But speaking to her gave me the confidence that I can do this. During the process she informed me that I was dehydrated and she had to try my other arm which actually worked. She was very patient with me and very informative. Thank you for making my Saturday morning great.

Let's see how things turned out. There were a few people who were ahead of me due to appointments. I was a walk-in along with a lady who was in front, but the wait wasn't that excruciating. Next time I come for blood work however, I'll be sure to set an apppointment to be seen quicker. When I was called up in the back, the process didn't take much time. It probably took 5 minutes for my blood tests to be completed. The phlebotimist on site took really good care of me when my blood was drawn.
