I went in for bloodwork. I do not do well with needles and had to fast beforehand, so I knew going in that I may not remain conscious. The staff were attentive and genuinely concerned for my well-being when I started showing signs of passing out. They gave me ice packs, water, and had me sit for as long as I needed. This has got to be one of the worst Labcorp's that I have ever been to. The staff is very unprofessional and down right nasty with how they treat people!!! They expect patients to know there protocols with no updated directions. Even with an appointment, expect to wait two hours or more after that time for a urine sample. If getting blood work, expect to get abused and bruised by those who should not be working with humans! Absolutely horrible!!! read more

Employees act as if you take drug tests everyday... they have terrible attitude and get annoyed when you're not instantly ready. Test was quick though so I guess there's that. Horrible interpersonal skills. Asked to use the restroom after having to spend 40 mins waiting because I was going to urinate myself, then rudely told I was going to have to wait another hour to take my test because I had wait for my bladder to refill and that I shouldn't be expecting to "cut" other clients. I understand the reasoning but was astonished by the unprofessionalism and treatment that I received. A simple "the bathroom is this way, you will have to wait for your bladder to refill" would have sufficed but she ensured that I would be embarrassed in front of the entire lobby. Oh and no water cups provided to aid the process of "filling" my bladder. It actually takes 8-9 hours for the bladder to fill, so that statement was entirely irrelevant as my bladder does not need to be filled to the full 16-24 ounces to take a simple urine test. She simply wanted to be rude and abrasive. read more

This location has never been very clean but today's visit took the cake! I arrived around 10 am. I had to give a urine sample and when I went to use the restroom, it was FILTHY despite the early hour. ON TOP OF THAT, there were no paper towels to dry your hands, an empty seat cover dispenser, and a roll of toilet paper, with just enough left for 1-2 people, sitting on the dirty floor b/c that dispenser was broken. When I brought it to the attention of the 'Site Supervisor' she explained that they were getting ready to renovate. I asked her if she would want to use that restroom. She then tried to blame it on the cleaners. There's obviously no oversight and they don't care - she walked away and said 'Whatever!' read more

They are nasty, rude and unprofessional!! My daughter was recently there for a drug screening and was asked to leave her purse outside the door of the restroom, After leaving within an hour fraudulent activity happened on her card. Luckily her bank caught it... Watch your belongings in this establishment. read more

Staff were knowledgeable and efficient but the check in kiosks were telling everyone to go to the front desk causing quite a backup. The biggest issue I had is they're not able to properly accommodate patients who need to lie down for blood draws. They had to stick me in a wonky recliner that was shoved in the corner and I was lucky it elevated my feet enough to prevent a fainting spell. It's frustrating enough having to deal with my body's stupid physiological response to something so simple, but knowing that it's a common problem, it's even more frustrating for labs to not be accommodating. This is the absolute worst Labcorp that exists. Beside the facility being run down and dirty, the incompetence level is off the charts. I have spent hours on the phone trying to track down results. We won't receive bills from them but then get late notices. After many horrible experiences, Theresa, the rudest of them all, finally crossed the line when she announced to a full waiting room what tests I was having run and then Labcorp released my test results TO THE WRONG PHYSICIAN! I have subsequently filed a HIPAA violation complaint with USHHS because someone needs to do something about the incompetence of this place. Do you enjoy paying for horrible and incompetent service? Do you like spending extra time on the phone arguing with Labcorp about their own mistakes? I do not. Avoid at all costs. read more

Check in at the kiosks is really easy. The admin staff were very helpful and kind. The lab tech that took my blood did great, I have fainted in the past but she kept me talked and I barely noticed anything. Overall good experience. The previous bad reviews could be valid but most of them are old and the staff here seem to be working hard to accommodate everyone! read more

This LabCorp was crazy efficient! I knew I needed a Saturday appointment, so I booked a 10 a.m. slot in advance. When I walked in, I was a bit nervous because nearly every seat was full. But as I walked up to sign in at 10 on the dot, the registration guy announced my last name. He took my form, I had a seat, and within five minutes was called to the back. The friendly phlebotomist didn't have to poke and prod (which has happened to me at other labs in the past), and I was out the door at 10:11 a.m. I'd say be prepared to wait if you don't book in advance, but with an appointment, ​it was a breeze. I found the location easy to access too. It's on the southside but very close to highways and only about a 10-minute drive from downtown. If I need weekend blood testing again, I'll certainly consider this location. read more

I came in to get blood drawn at this particular location and the entire waiting room reeked of marijuana. I couldn't stay because of the smell. It's ridiculous that people would come into an area such as this with that smell. It would help if they could post a sign or tell the subject who smells like that to leave. People can become sick from just the smell. read more

My most recent visit to Lab core was great. The three chairs in the room were distanced 6 ft apart. I waited in my car and was called within 15 minutes. The staff was professional and all had mask on. read more

Let's just say, plan on being there for a while. I'm sure I'm not alone in appreciating that they are open on Saturday mornings. This is especially helpful for working folks and students. I believe they are one of the only labs available in the area, so that results in a large demand. I have only been here on a Saturday, so I can't speak about the other days. Unfortunately, this location is where our insurance company dictates we need to go and it is far and crowded. I have been here at least twice in the last year for blood work, I have come at 8 o'clock in the morning and 2 o'clock in the afternoon. I'm always in and out in less than 15 minutes. Computer check-in is relatively easy, and even easier after you've done it once and everything is already in the computer. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Twice I've been to this location. The receptionist, both times, was very rude. The first time I wasn't acknowledged while she and others behind the counter talked about personal business. The second time orders to read a urine sample were faxed over from my urologist the day before (Friday).
