The phlebotomist who took my blood was so nice and pleasant to talk to and she got it on the first jab. Nobody can get my veins on the first try. Kudos to her for making it an easy experience. She said it was her first day there. She's going to be a great addition to the staff. Glad I got her. If you download the app you can check your own results as soon as they upload them.

My appointment was for 9:10 am, I arrived around 9:17 am (the street in front was also closed for construction), but I wasn't taken until 9:45 am. Their waiting room is also very weirdly shaped so you pretty much have to be next to someone or right across from someone. This person was extremely hard to get ahold of to make the appointment in the first place, not responsive by phone at all. I made the appointment for 3, she didn't tell us she could only do 2 at a time until we got there. So we were there much longer than we needed to be. There was no heat in the building so we had to do the detox with our winter jackets on. And there was no privacy, the foot detox took place in the lobby for anyone to walk into. She brought out buckets of luke warm water, not hot at all, by the end of the hour it was very much cold water. She threw a machine in the water and that was it, no explanation of the process, just handed us a pamphlet and walked away.
