For a medical facility that draws blood, it was gross--overcrowded, poorly ventilated, and not remotely set up to prevent the spread of illness. If you're immune compromised or prone to getting sick, this is not a safe environment. The only decent part was the phlebotomist--she was polite, quick, and efficient. Everything else was unacceptable. If you have no choice but to come here, book an appointment, check in, and wait in your car until you get a text. Wear a mask inside because the conditions are not clean or safe. Advice to management: Fix the waiting area. Reduce the crowding. Create a process that doesn't pack sick and healthy people together.

My previous review expressed how nervous I was about seeing so many different doctors BUT, after being a patient now for 2 years it doesn't bother me, especially for annual appointments. I've been going here for a couple months now. I'm not impressed with how impersonal it is. Changed OBGYN's after moving to NJ. Coming from an office with one doctor to Brunswick Hills where there's 8, is not comforting. I have no idea if I will get to meet all 8 doctors before I give birth or if I will remember them on the day of. I called with a billing & blood resultsquestion once & didn't get a call back for two weeks. For this reason I turn to a family member in the medical field when I have a question or concern about my pregnancy instead of calling the office. I wonder how familiar these doctors are with patients after only meeting for a few minutes maybe once ever? The staff seems friendly enough. Wait times haven't been long at all - a plus. I will update my post after giving birth. After this pregnancy I definitely will not be using this office. I will look for an office with 1-3 doctors max. Unfortunately Lab Corp's set up to book appointments doesn't take this into account and do my appt was 2 hrs, not 15 min. This put strain on not only the wonderful person who provided my care and took the time to enter all of the tests in right but also her other colleague, and all the other patients there. I felt terrible. A man and a woman who were waiting a long time were pounding on the door and once the person helping me opened the door, they berated her for more than 5 min, yet she never lost her cool. She also worked thru her lunch break. Both of the lovely, professional ladies working here deserve a raise! Total professionals & class acts!

Definitely do not go here. I went in to get a prescription to get a blood test done which should…read moreliterally take 5 minutes. I was okay with waiting for the appointment before me to finish. Someone walked in around 15-20 minutes after I had, without an appointment, and was seen before me. At that point, I had been there for 50 minutes. I asked the receptionist why they were seen before me and she said it was because they had an appointment, but I heard them walk in and say that they didn't have an appointment, so I was like lol i have ears don't lie to me. She then told me that the doctor wanted to see the other patient first because they weren't feeling well, which is completely understandable; however, she could've taken a nice 15 seconds out of her day to tell me that, before I sat and waited 50 minutes for no reason. It takes 15 seconds to be courteous and tell a patient that they would be seeing people out of the order that they came in. 15 seconds of a courteous heads up could have gone a long way in this situation. I needed to dip out, because I was running late to something, so I didn't have a chance to have a blood test done. Now, if I have an illness, I'm not gonna know, because I never got my blood test. Smh bitches these days, i hope ur happy, and for future reference, learn to be courteous. It takes 15 seconds. #wastemytime2k18
