Customers should not be expected to drive to a location during posted operating hours only to find the doors already closed. What made the experience even worse was hearing two employees at the door joking and talking about a "knuckle snackwich" while I was still standing outside. It came across as extremely unprofessional, especially given the situation. Between the lack of communication, closing early, and the employees' behavior, I would not recommend this location.
