Looking at the other reviews I was a bit nervous, but this was the closest location. I personally had a fast experience here. The lady said that before I came it was very busy, but, I had came at a great time. I went at 11:00 on a Friday. The lab tech was very nice and friendly and I was done in about 5 minutes (urinalysis and full blood panel!) read more

First time there and the lab only does bloodwork. It has collection kits to send home. Ok. Well second time there and a rude lab tech comes and tells me this site does not do children. My reply was, they did 2 weeks ago. So you mean, you don't do children. To which she replied correct i don't. This site doesn't do children. My son is 11. I have never been to a labcorp that can pick and choose what it does. read more

Expect to be here for over an hour. The order you check in means nothing. They will take patients who made an appointment but showed up an hour late and checked in after you. I let the phlebotomist know I was here before the person she called in and was told to call her supervisor if I wasn't happy. If you decide to come here, make an appointment but feel free to show up whenever. Either way, the wait is loooong. read more

Well, I didn't have to wait. That's about the only good thing that happened. Got the feeling from the get-go that she wasn't as experienced as one would hope. Sure enough, two sticks, no blood. And I've got quite a black and blue mark tonight. All because when I showed up at my usual Howell LC at 2:35, the door was locked. They've been open until 3 forever, now they close at 2:30. They told me to go to the Walgreen, and I wish they hadn't and I didn't. read more

We pointed out a few areas of concern which he did not even test with a moisture meter and disregarded as paint issue. Not satisfied, I hired another company for a second opinion and found black mold right above the areas that were pointed out to him. Yolande yelled at me for having made an appointment, yelled at me for not picking a better Walgreens, tried to take the patient who checked in after me before me, lectured me and then admitted that she didn't know how any of the tests were conducted after I spent 24 hours fasting. She told me it was my fault for not going to quest diagnostics. I am astonished this woman is allowed to be employed, or to be allowed within 100 miles of any customers, let alone patients she doesn't know or care about, or understand lab equipment, and this is just a Biohazard facility with an incompetent cruel staff of one nasty imbecile. Stay away, find another lab. read more
