She is definitely in the right field, and goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. The PA that I saw- David- was also absolutely wonderful, and he took the TIME to listen. He also went above and beyond and offered great advice along with a solution to my problem. He was very thorough in explaining the details of treatment, as well as future preventative care. Dr. Joan Venerosa, PA, however, was dismissive, condescending, and glib from the moment she walked in. She was argumentative, dismissing my symptoms as insignificant because she "didnt hear me coughing", and that my ongoing fever was only slightly elevated. (102.6° at the time of my visit). Ok, so you dont think I'm sick. But to treat your patient like they're a bother, or overdramatic ? To make them feel uncomfirtable or like they need to prove themself to you? You chose this profession, Dr. You chose to provide care to those who are seeking it. Where in your handbook does it state that you are to dismiss and shrug off someone who is asking fir your advice and expertise? Is it your goal to have your patient think, "Wow. That was a waste of time"? Do you encourage this dismissiveness? Do you hope that next time, i dont bother to seek medical attention? Customer care and service are the most important part of most any industry - medical included.

Medicare and Blue Cross covered facility…read morecharges but St Marys doctor who was supposedly on duty that day (My wife was told by someone there that the doctor on duty had already gone home for the day and never did see that doctor) was not an in network provider with United Health Care even though St Marys facility charges were in network and bill came to us for that doctor on St Mary Letterhead. I talked to United Health Care and was told that if she had gone to Emergency instead that Emergency is required by law to let you know whether or not the provider on duty is in network but that Urgent Care is exempt from this law. I notified my local federal and state legislators of this loophole. Meanwhile I can not recommend St Marys Urgent Care as I felt that even though probably legal the billing practice was unethical.

He did a very thorough job inspecting the house and he called us that night to discuss it, and even sent us the final report the same day, despite it being late in his time zone. When he called us to discuss it, he took his time explaining his findings and answering our questions. We did not feel rushed at all. He is very friendly and personable and easy to talk to. The report was quite detailed and contained a lot of photos which I appreciated. I felt that I had a much better understanding of the condition of the house and I feel confident proceeding with the purchase. Jason made a potentially stressful experience very easy and smooth. This will be our fourth house purchase and he has been the best inspector that we have worked with by far, please do not hesitate to use his service!

We also ended up getting a structural test for a great bundle price. Upon arrival there was team of two who tackled the home and completed the mold and structural test under an hour. They were extremely detailed when explaining the issues that did arise when they were done with the inspection on site and within a few hours of them leaving, I received the two full written reports with detailed explanations and local contractor recommendations for the issues that the did find in the attic. They also offer a follow up service for a check in inspection once you have the work completed in the home. I highly recommend this team! They were fast efficient and affordable.

After hearing nothing for over a week, I emailed them asking about the status of my order. They said they would check on it. By June 2nd I had still not heard back, so I emailed again demanding a tracking number. They responded by asking me to call them. Kelly indicated that he may not be able to get the filters, and that he thought the web page I ordered from had been removed. I received an email on June 10th, stating I was getting a refund in 3-5 days. I finally had to call back on June 19, as I had not received a refund. Kelly then cussed as me, and blamed me for ordering from a web page that wasn't supposed to me there, then hung up on me. There's a reason this is a mom and pop shop, and based on my experience they won't be in business long.

I did not catch the elderly woman's name that checked me in, but she was very pleasant. I didn't wait too long which was great even though I was very nervous and anxious. A nice gentleman greeted me, said his name was Mike and that he was going to be doing my MRI exam. I explained my concerns, as well as my nerves due to my past with several treatments, scans,and blookwork all the time, I should be a used to this but i'm not. Mike explained everything to me to a T before even getting me on the table, which eased some worries. I was able to get on the table, i'm very claustrophobic, again having several past scans. Mike was able to ease my tensions and anxiety and he took his time to me through my exam. It still wasn't easy but he helped a lot. I made it through the exam , He told me I did great and that he got great pictures I felt so relieved and I thanked him again for his compassion. Things changed for the worst when I began to exit down their hallway. I could hear from the front part of that office a disgusting amount of vulgarity saying the "F" word alone and with how this or things are "BS". I used the bathroom thinking they heard that someone was present. when I came out, across the hall, their door was wide open, I could see at least 3 ladies, chairs all turned towards each other and everyone was acting as if it was a college dorm room, everyone was being loud and obnoxious and I could still hear the vulgarity. Oblivious that I was even right there. I finally exited the office and I went from feel so good to feeling so uncomfortable. I read the previous review from several years ago and it stated similar things with the tech and then a difference with the office. I have been in many facilities in the past and that office of ladies was the absolute worst I have ever witnessed. I didn't even want to write something, but I can't get how a medical office could be so oblivious to patients and use the language they did. just disgusting. therefore of I have to rate 2 separate parts, Mike, the technician, would receive 5 stars, but the rest of that office that I witnessed should have been a -1 star.
