They give you a bike lock and paper map with suggested places to visit or you can do the guided tour with one of their tour guides. I saw one in passing and it looked pretty fun. The bikes come with a little bag on the front to hold the lock and other small things. You also have the option to add a cell phone holder or basket to the bike, even a picnic add-on (basket, reusable wine glasses, blanket, & coupons). I would definitely use their bikes again!

Well a frantic lady in a Honda Accord went in to the oncoming lane racing to catch a green left turn on to Eisenhower light and suddenly BAM! I am now sitting on her roof with my feet still locked to my pedals and my Cannondale Road Bike up there with me. As I stared at my bent front forks and front wheel laying 50 feet in front of me with two VHS Tapes strawn on the road as well, I hopped off the ladies roof and she was very upset that she'd hit me. I assured her that I was fine but the Bicycle Shop I bought my bike from was just down the road. So she and I put all my stuff in her Accord, dropped the VHS's off and drove to Star. The Staff added a bit of pain and suffering to the quote, the lady paid the bill and I came out with one or two items extra once the repairs were done. I'll never buy from anyone else and I'm now a 61 year old man and this story occurred in 1987.

Andrew was able to give the bike an inspection that day and clear the bike of visible and performance damage... he was very knowledgeable , understanding of my duress, and turned the bike around in a very timely fashion for a shop that obviously is busy...I'll be back next year to rent as we will fly the 700 miles....

One needed tubes and tires and another needed just new tubes but no tires. They said a tune up would be a good route but ended up having to pay very similar prices for both bikes even though one had to get brand new tires. Very friendly as the owner mentioned a a discount for the service but ended up paying more than we were quoted even with a discount. Just make sure they are clear with you on pricing.

She was seen right away by someone working there who helped work on her bike. Not only did the person assist my wife in fixing the bike, she showed her how to fix it for next time as well. It only cost $20 to fix including the extra part. They even fixed the brakes on the bike also. This is my spot for anything bike related, I would recommend this place to anyone.
