She made everything flow smoothly and helped make our big day even more memorable. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a wonderful wedding officiant! Joanna & Jarret

*as of 10/9 this situation has not been resolved and alan has yet to refund a dime*…read more posting my experience to yelp to protect and warn all future couples from using this horrendous company. IN MY EXPERIENCE, if I could give zero stars I would. Our experience with great officiants was horrible from start to finish. Their office is incredibly unorganized, had to re-explain to us how to fill out their own application multiple times for the marriage license when all the confusion was due to their incorrect wording on their own application. Second on the wedding day, the officiant Alan shows up with a piece of paper for us to sign which he would mail in. About a week after the wedding I get a notice from the county that there was a giant red stain on the application and they couldn't process it. So after all of this me and my husband aren't even married on our wedding day. A day that we can never get back. The one day that all of our family and friends were present in one place to witness us. I can never get that back. That was back in June. Now it's almost halfway through September and I never received a license. which Alan promised would be coming in the mail weeks ago. I still don't know if I'm married. I sent great officiants another message expressing our frustration in the situation and their office responds to me with an 800 number and asks me to let THEM know what the delay is about. I want my $800 back. after all of this headache, I'm not even married? and your office can't help me figure out what's going on when you are the reason that we're not married in the first place??? no instead you send me an 800 number and ask me to get back to you about what the delay is. The delay that GREAT OFFICIANTS caused. administrative mistakes aside, the speech that he gave for our ceremony was completely embarrassing and you can tell that he made zero effort. He kept mentioning multiple times that my husband and I enjoy eating. Literally mentioned it at least 10 times. It's like he took the one thing that he paid attention to on our phone call that interested us and plugged it into a bunch of blank spaces in some generic recycled speech. do not use the service!!! you will end up having to get remarried and paying for it by yourself months later.

When searching for an officiant, we set out to find someone with a gentle demeanor; kind, calm and…read morewise. Eric had all of these attributes in spades. From the beginning, his approach was so helpful and straightforward. When it came to constructing the script for the ceremony, we had dozens of customizable, beautifully written options to choose from. And since we were involved in selecting excerpts in a collaborative way with Eric, we really felt like the ceremony was true to us. The script is one thing, the experience of having Eric officiate on the day is another! He arrived promptly and immediately put us at ease with his gentle and charming nature. He had excellent advice before the ceremony so that my husband and I could be fully present and engage with one another. This advice made the ceremony so intimate and shook us out of our jitters completely. The ceremony itself was so poignant, moving and a major highlight of the day. Eric spoke beautifully and brought the words on the page to life. You know that he loves what he does because the passion pours out of him. Our guests were all in tears and commented that ours was the most moving ceremony they had ever experienced. It's hard to be objective, but they were echoing our own feelings. What we experienced was so rare and beautiful and we couldn't have had a better leader in Eric. Thank you so much for making our day so special!

This review is for our wedding which took place on January 6, 2018 at Malibu West Beach Club…read more After interviewing a potential officiant who showed up late for our FaceTime talk, talking to Officiant Eric was such a refresher as we planned our wedding. He was always on time and his gentle, collaborative nature always put my wife and I at ease when we talked! His energy is contagious! Even on the day of, when he walked up to our venue's doors, he seriously calmed my nerves! He even gave my wife and I some tips while we were... y'know, up there getting married! What I loved about Officiant Eric was the ability to customize our ceremony! It was perfect for us as we didn't really want to have a religious ceremony and we wanted to customize it to our liking. Officiant Eric was encouraging, super helpful, and was open to being available for a FaceTime chat. Officiant Eric was amazing (and *efficient* might I add hehe), and his personality always brought comfort to this bride and groom!! Thank you so much!
