The courtyard is a beautiful setting, picturesque in every way. The service was impeccable and the food was fantastic! There was a freshness to each dish and though I wanted to try everything from the menu, I went with the daily specials, first starting with the artichoke dish with foie gras and a poached egg, which was very rich, and having the 24-hour Lamb for my main. We opted for the house red by the glass and were very pleased, even more so by the 4€ price! We were asked if we had any dietary restrictions - my husband is vegan. We were brought a tray of olives and a cod-filled wonton for me that was delicious. Next, a small flute of a fresh, simple squash soup was served. We each ordered two plates - I had the pumpkin gnocchi with lobster - to die for! My husband had the vegetable raviolis which were pasta-less and wrapped in thin slices of zucchini.
