I made an appointment for a pedicure and full set. They continued to take a group of young girls who were walk ins in front of me, then left me sitting for 20 mins after my pedicure with no instructions on what to do next. Finally a girl said you can pay whenever you're ready. I said I had an appointment for another service but I don't want it anymore. Their tools were not sanitized, the scrub jar looks so dirty and nothing was cleaned properly. I will never return. Frankly, they deserve 0 stars. read more

I habe been going here for about 6 months. I get a pedicure every time and I also get the gel dip powder dor my finger nails. I have had some good pediures and my finger nails look decent. It all depends on the nail technician... Very inconsistent! Tody is the last time that I go there for my usual. The technician ended up with getting clear polish on my fingers because she had it on her fingers. The first two times I went there I paid for my services with my American express card. The second time, the owner stated that American express was acting up and asked if I had a different card. I did not. He ran it with no problem. The nextime I tried using my American express the owner stated that they don't accept American express. I told him that I used it for my services the last time. They just didn't want to accept my card as payment! Don't expect to hear a Thank You or have a nice day because they won't. read more

Wrong color and shape, I asked for squoval nails and they were square. He didn't do the cuticles, no cutting them or pushing them back. Not to mention he didn't have me wash my hands once. He was rude to me the whole time making fun of me, he asked if I had goals and I said yes and he called me a loser, he was judging me cause it was my first time getting gel, he laughted at me after I told him what my profession is:wade. My go to place to get my nails done. They always do a great job, and have the most gel colors to choose from. I have never had to wait either. I would definitely recommend giving this place a try instead of the other places like the ones in the mall. read more

They do a nice job but worst customer service by far. My friend & I came in and waited 40 minutes to even be helped.. They took me first because I asked for a gel manicure and forgot my friend was even there. Multiple people came in after we did and got helped immediately while my friend is still sitting there. I asked for a square shape and most of my nails got rounded and others squared. When I asked them to fix them I got an attitude. Clearly customers get favored here which is totally not okay and does not look good for business. Very disappointed. Will not ever be coming back here.. I am not going to give someone my money when they clearly could care less about all their customers. read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I walked in to get dip over my natural nail. When I came in I was handed a packet of colors and offered a drink. This being my first time here I was happy that was greeted this way. Then I got sat. First question asked was can we cut down the nail? My response being is like to keep the length. So she starts and filing away then messing up the dip and it was just a mess. Finally she's asks about half way through what's the problem you seem not happy. So I said well, they are very inconsistent. These are different shapes and sizes && I asked for my nail not to be cut you filed them down completely. Her response was do you want someone else to do it & I said yes. So I get sent to another chair where I'm ridiculed and told that there was nothing they could do. I asked for the manager and was told I am the manager go somewhere else. So I said you ruined my actual nail and then you say I need to go somewhere else because you can't fix it. She starting waving things in my face and it just was the worst experience I have ever had in a nail salon! Never again! 10/10 do not recommend. read more

Got my nails done by an older gentleman and he did such an awful job I can't even believe it. The color was wrong, splotchy, see through in some areas, and my cuticles are so ruined and gross. My nails hurt after coming here. Getting my nails done should be a relaxing experience for me but I was sitting in the chair feeling like I needed to keep and eye out for what he was doing and bracing myself for pain. I came back to get them fixed and they are decent enough now. I asked for a nail to be remodeled because it was done so badly and apparently my nail is bigger than the other? I held myself back from laughing. Honey it's not bigger, your staff just doesn't know how to shape a nail. Been to plenty of salons in the past, this one will be on my skip list. read more

I'm not a very hard person to please as long as the place is clean, staff friendly and a decent job is done! Well the staff was mediocre and not very friendly, while i was there 3 people came in were not addressed or welcomed they sat and waited and ended up walking back out! The chairs were nice and appeared clean! The reception desk was very messy which was a bit off putting as a first impression!! I asked for a pedicure, they didn't give me any options of the type just sat me in a chair and told me to put my feet in, i burned my foot sticking it in the water it was way too hot!! The pedicure was below average, the massage consisted of rubbing lotion into your calves and that was it, 2-3 minutes total and that's being generous!! When i asked about massage with oil or lotions, he said that he did the massage!! The polish job was sloppy at best!! I ended up having the younger guy fix all the polish that was all over my skin and cuticles! He apologized and was very nice but seriously it wasn't worth the money! I am religious about hand and foot care every 2 weeks so i know a good pedicure and i will not be returning here! If it weren't for the young guy who fixed my messy polish it would be 1 star but i appreciate him doing this for me when he wasn't the one who did the poor job to start with! read more

Had someone else paint my nails who was good, so I asked for a design, she finished and walked away to start on someone else. Awful! Don't waste your money, I went to this place and they basically just wash my feet, the guy that was doing my pedicure didn't know anything, the paint was super bad, he didn't file my nails right I asked for square nails and they were all crooked and when I complaint the owner came to fix it but gave me an attitude, at the end he didn't even direct me to the station to dry my nails. I'm not the kind to be leaving bad reviews because I understand that everyone is allowed to have a bad day but when the owner gave me the same attitude, I believe there is a problem. read more
