We did our due diligence, interviewing multiple people and getting recommendations from colleagues, before landing on William Tse at Elmira Tax Service. From day one, William set himself apart. His communication was prompt, clear, and reassuring. He broke down tax jargon into simple terms so we always knew where things stood. He takes all the guesswork out of the process by letting you know precisely what documents are needed and offering a fast, secure portal to upload sensitive information with total peace of mind. You can tell he takes great care to be thorough and accurate with every detail. We had to file an extension this year, and William's integrity really stood out: he wouldn't even take payment until all the paperwork for this year was officially finalized. That level of honesty, combined with upfront pricing and zero hidden fees, completely took the stress out of tax season for us. We're extremely glad to have found William, will continue working with him and Elmira Tax Service in the future, and gladly recommend him to anyone in need of a reliable CPA!
