I was in the process of waiting for more, but Jonhy followed up to make sure I did not have any questions. I really appreciated the proactiveness and also loved his pictures. We agreed to use him and my brother-in-law and fiance did too and decided to also use him for their engagement photos, since they were going to be in Cancun with us. Couple of days before, he followed-up with us via email and went over the schedule and where to meet. He was 15 minutes early and he even scheduled out 30 minutes prior, so he can scope out the resort for the best location for pictures. Again, proactive and professional! During pictures, not only did he make us feel comfortable, he made us laugh, including my 3 and 1 year old boys! He made sure our hair, hands, clothes, and smiles were all in position. I appreciated his attention to details. He was patient with us and guided us to make sure our photos did not come out awkward. He really took his time and make sure we got a variety of shots. He even went over the scheduled time we booked him for. He promised the photos a week after and he delivered promptly! And... WOW! My whole family was thrilled to see these pictures. We love so many of them. They are bright, colors are great, and we are all in position. I totally recommend Jonhy and hope to work with him in the future. Thank you Jonhy!!!

During a recent vacation in Mexico, I injured my foot and was told I needed medical transport. The…read moreresort arranged what they called a "life support ambulance." What showed up was an unmarked van--no medical staff, no equipment, nothing resembling an emergency vehicle. Just a driver. I told them clearly I didn't want to proceed if it was going to cost a lot and would arrange my own transport. They completely ignored my concerns and rushed me into the van anyway. The 10-minute ride ended up costing me over $2,000--for what was essentially just a taxi ride. I tried to dispute the charge with my insurance, but they couldn't track down the company. Months later, I received a lawsuit from a law firm in another state, demanding payment for this "ambulance ride." After doing some research and reading other reviews, I found that many people have had similar experiences. In my opinion, this company seems to operate on a questionable business model, targeting vulnerable tourists who are in pain or disoriented. I've consulted with a lawyer, who informed me that in order to garnish wages or take further legal action, they would need legal representation in my state--so they can't just go after me without following proper procedures. My advice to anyone in a similar situation: Ask a lot of questions upfront. Get everything in writing. Don't assume just because someone at a resort says it's "medical transport" that it's a legitimate service. Trust me, you don't want to learn this the hard way like I did.
