I wasn't really tripping until I got home and checked out the Carne Asada fries. My burrito was very delicious and the green salsa that they give you is so good and the grilled chicken tacos were good but the Carne Asada fries weren't pleasing. The meat on the fries was seasoned well so it tasted good, but it was just fries at the bottom and then just like a thin layer of meat and cheese on the top. The meat and cheese to fry ratio was off in my opinion. Other than that, everything was great. You can order ahead of time and pick it up, which they are really quick about. When I was trying to figure out what I wanted, I heard the woman talking to a customer who was ordering by phone. The lady told her she could pick up her order in 10 minutes and it was ready very quickly, which is something I love. I'll definitely be back to get that super burrito and to try other things. The food was really good and I definitely recommend checking this truck out.

The sides are Potato Salad, Green Beans, Baked Beans, & Cole Slaw. Sims' Southern Punches looked really good! I had the ribs with potato salad and beans. The staff was an hour early to set up, very friendly and professional. Food was amazing and so were their hibachi skills. It was so wonderful to see all our guests laughing and enjoying the show and food. People could not stop talking about it at Mass the next day, I'm positive we will have a bigger turn out next year!
