Quesadillas with Swiss cheese rather than Mexican queso cotija. Fried jalapeños are also very American. The guacamole is not very chunky and does not have your typical chunky ingredients. It's more like an avocado cream. It seems that the cuisine is more adapted to please a German/American palate rather than offering real Mexican food. Given the location I understand that. Overall for Germany a great improvement on Mexican cuisine in Germany.

Of course the most important thing on their menu that is also homemade and amazing is their guacamole. I have only have guacamole like this one other time in my life, it was at a very high end Mexican restaurant in Manhattan when I lived there, and let me tell you it is expensive and time consuming to have fresh, homemade guacamole all the time for a restaurant.
