Quesadillas with Swiss cheese rather than Mexican queso cotija. Fried jalapeños are also very American. The guacamole is not very chunky and does not have your typical chunky ingredients. It's more like an avocado cream. It seems that the cuisine is more adapted to please a German/American palate rather than offering real Mexican food. Given the location I understand that. Its made with real corn tortillas so it was dry to me. I had the chicken tacos with all the sauces and the chicken had almost a burnt peanut butter flavor. The guacamole was decent and my husband ordered the barbacoa which I tasted and I liked it better than my tacos. I won't go back, I am very sorry but it wasn't for me. I haven't had a decent mexican place here in quite some time.
