It was Thanksgiving night and they were preparing a feast for a group of study abroad students that had walked in after we were mid way through our meal. My husband had clams & I had a paté plus little jellied cubes of quince, I think. Next, for the 1st time in my life, I had baby goat. Tasty, tender. My husband had pasta with roe and sauce.
