My only complaint is that somehow several pieces of tofu, masquerading as cheese I'm sure, had managed to find their way into my salad. I don't care what anyone says, tofu never makes anything better, especially when it is hold some yummy cheese hostage, so I have to say these cheese doppelgänger were a downer of the meal.
