    生活就是如此, 常常令人身不由己,習慣了順其自然不是代表我真的多麼大度,有時只是懂得, 計較太多, 痛苦的都是自己而已~…read more 熊熊想起到西班牙旅行時, 有來間當地的米其林餐廳, 當初想說那麼精緻的食物, 該找個空閒點的日子,才好好來記錄一下這美味的一餐, 誰知道, 日子一天要比一天忙碌, 連要放上Facebook 都好像是在跟時間賽跑的事情, 還是來把西班牙米其林一星的食物紀錄在版上吧,再不放, 都要過去半年了,時間久遠, 就沒法一一記得, 這次就不每張都評論, 因為真的記憶力太差了,但一個人是歐元$160 , 這是包含小費也含稅的價格, 真的比在美國吃米其林價格美麗太多太多了, 有點像回到疫情前, 日子還是很美好,食物還沒有很貴的時期, 這美美的餐廳就在港邊, 我記得跟學姐吃完, 慢慢的沿著美麗的海岸線走回我們的船上, 沿路都是面海的餐廳, 各有特色,海風徐徐, 再搭上西班牙熱情的音樂, 真是浪漫又令人一輩子難忘的地方呀!

    Underwhelming Experience for a Michelin Restaurant…read more This was the only Michelin-starred restaurant I've booked weeks in advance, where I clearly noted a shrimp allergy--and the substitution offered was simply tomatoes. When I politely asked if another fish, like Hamachi or a white fish, could be used instead, I was told it wasn't possible. For a restaurant of this caliber, that level of inflexibility felt disappointing and unimaginative. The location is tucked inside a warehouse, with too many unrelated doors and mismatched furniture. The atmosphere didn't feel chic or refined--certainly not what you'd expect from a high-end dining experience. The pictures also do not match the interior and only show part of the restaurant. The service fell flat. Our waiter had no personality, offered no warmth--not even a smile. It felt transactional and cold rather than welcoming. From the fifth course onward, every hot dish came smothered in sauce, often overpowering rather than enhancing the main ingredients. Instead of feeling refreshed and surprised, the courses began to blur together. Overall, the experience lacked the flexibility, warmth and happy feeling, ambiance, and service you'd expect from a Michelin-starred restaurant.
