HERE4 WE GO AGAIN, YELP IS OBVIOUSLY INVOLVED WITH SENSORING REVIEWS IF A BUSINESS COMPLAINS AND OR PAYS THE PIPER. SO I SHALL INCLUDE ALL DOCUMENTS THAT I HAVE PRODUCED AND OR RECEIVED FIRST HAND AS A RESPONSE ( OR LACK THEREOF ) FROM LA TERCERA STAFF MEMBERS REGARDING MY ABUSE COMPLAINTS THAT RESULTED IN CORPORAL INJURY BEING INFLICTED ON MY DAUGHTER. A 5th grade
teacher that is actively employed at La Tercera Elementary school (LISA K.)
physically abused my child and administration staff including the principal *(Dan N.) and superintendent (Cindy F.) ignored my concerns and the superintendent even went as far as threatening me with harassment if I did not drop the issue and go away. Now, to add insult to the corporal injury my daughter suffered at the hands of the 5th grade teacher Lisa , someone from this company now has the gall to file complaints with yelp, causing yelp to relinquish it's self proclaimed "un-biased" not for sale stance when it comes to reviews left by the public regarding their first hand experience with any said business. As you will see all the "removed" and 2 of the 3 "not recommended" reviews that are buried out of site from the review page. So Yelp is most definitely biased considering their involvement when it comes to censoring my review that is 100% facts.
I have emails, photos and other documents surrounding this situation (as provided below) and whoever's reporting my review to Yelp knows this otherwise we can go to legal route. I also have a video that my daughter recorded of herself shortly after the incident occurred that she suffered the corporal injury which is a violation of * "California PC 273 (D)" and should be reported by every mandated reporter that became aware of it. This did not happen. staff members that were informed include the principal, the superintendent as well as the teacher herself who committed the crime should be investigated for failing to report herself.
*California PC 273 (D)
(a) Any person who willfully inflicts upon a child any cruel or inhuman corporal punishment or an injury resulting in a * "traumatic condition" is guilty of a felony and shall be punished by imprisonment pursuant to subdivision (h) of Section 1170 for two, four, or six years, or in a county jail for not more than one year, by a fine of up to six thousand dollars ($6,000), or by both that imprisonment and fine.
*Traumatic Condition
Typically, the injuries are visible, but could also include internal injuries.
Some common examples of injuries that would be considered a corporal injury would include:
scratches
bruising
swelling
broken nose
concussion.
A traumatic condition means a wound or other types of bodily injuries that were caused by a direct application of physical force. It's important to note here that the injuries don't have to be a serious physical condition.
A minor wound or injury could be sufficient to be charged with this domestic violence related offense.
