First, they increased my house insurance by more than double without notification, then they charged my mortgage 3 times the amount, I was told it was a 'glitch', however, 5 months later and it's still not resolved. My house payment went up due to this 'glitch'. I'm shopping for another home insurance and talking to an attorney to get my money back from this place who has robbed me.
