This is our new favorite place to hen we want Mexican food. they'll homemade tortillas all to die for!! no joke people. The corn on the cob with the hot flaming Cheetos is my husband's new obsession. The staff is beyond friendly and beyond helpful and we enjoy chatting with them every time we go in. I recommend everybody to check out this place. Consistently delicious. The price is are under the quality of the food. The area is not desirable but the location is clean enough. The staff are always wonderful. The time you wait technically makes this count as fast food because it's out quick and prompt but also fresh and fantastic. Every Tuesday they have a discount on crunchy tacos for Taco Tuesday and I try not to miss it. They also have fantastic Asian Fair ranging from chow mein, potstickers, spring rolls, teriyaki chicken bowls, and even crab rangoon. But that's not all they have a wide variety of choices including breakfast all day. And my absolute favorite thing there, their breakfast burritos which will never leave you hungry. I have to humble myself and update my review that I left a few years ago when I first tried them. So, I swore that I'd never go back and I hadn't until the last month and now I can't get enough of them! My boss came in with some AMAZING smelling Chinese food and I asked where she got it. She said the taqueria. I said, "No thanks! You can have it! It obviously smells better than it tastes!" She insisted that it was delicious! Then, on another day, she brought in some Mexican food...same scenario. Finally, I decided to give them one more try. I ordered the same Chinese food that my boss had brought in and I couldn't believe the taste! It was amazing!!! That night when I got off work, I went by and grabbed some Chinese for my husband and I for dinner. I of course didn't tell him where I got it. He loved it as much as I did!! Then, one Tuesday I ran by there after work for taco Tuesday buying my husband and I some tacos for dinner. That time he INSISTED on knowing where I got the tacos. I told him and he refused to eat until I told him to just try them because the Chinese food that he ate just the other day was from the same place. We ate the tacos and they were AMAZING!!! Today I was wondering what I should get for lunch and decided to go there and try their burgers and fries. WARNING...DON'T ORDER LARGE FRIES!!! Lol Though they are delicious, too much food! Lol I ordered the double cheeseburger combo and upgraded the fries to a large fry. Paid $11.25 for 2 meals worth of food!!! Oh my god the tacos are so good and fresh. The shell is the best quality I've had. The bed is good quality too, I was not expecting that. The restaurant is also clean. At first I was confused as to why this was a fusion restaurant but it is cool that there is a cuisine here for everyone. I'm eating tacos but the table next to me are really enjoying their burgers. This nondescript small restaurant was one of the two best things I found during my two weeks in Redding. They seem to do three things: burgers, Mexican, and Asian. Skip the burgers, In-N-Out is better and cheaper. I'd say skip the Mexican as well, despite that they're named after this fraction of their menu: I tried the Enchiladas, and found them less than ordinary. They make up for those deficiencies with their Asian-inspired options, and I would almost drive the thirteen-hundred miles to Redding again, and then back home, for another one of their Buddha Bowls. I call it Asian-inspired rather than Asian because I have never eaten anything at all like this in Asia, but Asia is an enormous place with an enormous variety of cuisines, so I'm not qualified to judge. I am qualified to judge how much I enjoyed it, and I enjoyed it a great deal, on several different occasions. My wife and I tried a couple of their other Asian dishes as well, sharing plates, and enjoyed everything, but for me the Buddha bowl was the standout. They seem to do mostly drive-through, but we ate in a couple times as well. It's usually empty inside, quite pleasant despite being tiny, and very bright and clean. It did irk me that they charged us for waters. That's simply not done where I live, it doesn't really cost anything to give people a cup of water, and to me it reeks of nickel-and-diming. This place was promising, but it missed the main point of why there is a drive-thru fusion restaurant. This place missed my order completely. I made sure to repeat the fries order at least two times and the lady still forgot to add it in my order. I told her over the phone that I will be picking up my order that they missed from the beginning and the lady told me that they will have to ask me to pay for the fries again. Not acceptable as a customer. I wish people would just pay attention to details when food is being ordered on their p.a. System. My third visit to this delicious little gem was spot on with great customer service. The young lady at the window was friendly and had great customer service. The food is well priced for what you get and it's a healthier version than Taco Bell. It was less than five dollars for two supreme tacos with their delicious shredded chicken. The crispy taco special is great. Absolutely luv the chicken tacos. The wol wonton soup is good too although some of the meat is fatty.

My son and I like their tacos specials, steak fries, and their Buddha bowl. We haven't tried anything else on the menu... I will speak about the Buddha bowl because it is the bomb! The bowl has brown rice, black beans, chicken, very finely shredded cabbage, cilantro and avocado and a delicious sauce all over it. I like how it is served in a flat open container and you can mix it up and eat it. Someone had recommended the buddha bowl at Wilda's as better. I just tried it yesterday and wilda's container doesn't allow you to mix everything together, so you have to dig in things fall out. Me and my boyfriend go here pretty often everything we've tried we really like. The service is great and there's always the same lady that helps us and she's always great! Honestly love going there because it's quite inside and we can relax and just eat some good food it's great after a long day! So many options to choose from on the menu! I've only ordered the big classic burrito or w/e it's called from the drive thru so I can't comment on the interior or utensils of the place but all I have to say is: so far so good! It's exactly what I would expect from a mexican fast food joint and I've eaten at many, it's a big fat juicy burrito containing nice warm rice, avocado, shredded chicken, refried beans, and that red chili sauce, le magnifique! If you are in search of a quick meal this is the place for you! The restaurant is not very big but was extremely clean. The host that took our order was friendly, and helpful.
