One of the great things about the town of Beziers is the winding cobblestone streets, and though you may feel like you're going no where, you end up finding these little pockets of restaurants and shops. This is one of the places. Cute and cozy inside...and hot, since the oven/grill is there. We sat outside at a small table. Kind of reminds me of New York in the sense that the table are rather close to each other. My limited French worked with our servers limited English. The French really appreciate when you try. They offered either an "entree and plat" or a "plat and dessert." Since I have such a sweettooth, we opted for the latter. We ordered a reasonably priced bottle of wine and I had the beef brioche and the partner had the grilled chicken. Both came with mashed potatoes that had some nice, tender, and small chunks and sauteed vegetables. One of the things we noticed about French cooking is the portions. We have been served just the right amount, and like the French, we have slowed down our eating, savored every dish, and took our time. Of course, we had the creme brulee which had a light creamy texture and a chocolate cake with vanilla gelato. Both were very good. it was an excellent meal and a nice way to end our stay. Chez Toi Chez Moi is a definite go to if you happen to visit this unique town. Merci Chez Toi Chez Moi pour un merveilleux dîner! Je t'aime!

With that said, J'm Tiffin's has earned my five stars because . . . it is family owned, everything is hand made, they care about quality, the pizza is made in a wood fired oven and, the quality is outstanding. I ordered a pizza to go and, because it was early, I had to wait for the new wood fire to burn down to the right temperature. No worries because I enjoyed watching rugby on TV while sipping a drink. Who needs to be in a hurry waiting for homemade food? I highly recommend this restaurant!
