a good couscous for sure, served as it should be (a plate of thin good semolina, a plate with meat, and a bowl of veggies and broth and then you mixed them as you wish). very generous portions and very good. owner usually there to greet clients.
could have been 5 if exclusively typical / morrocan menu items (French fries? salade nicoise? should have mechouia salad and i did not see if they had cornes de gazelle as pastries as i like to see those at the back counter), more Moroccan decorations (flower painting on the wall? why not a more pictural image?) , and if my mergueze had been more charcoal grilled (were cooked enough for sure but i like my mergueze to be really grilled / almost burnand / dried up in my couscous - hence, ask for this when ordering if you also do) read more
