    Manchego cheese

Had a quick bite on our layover between flights. Nachos with steak and avocado were good, not great, but good. The melted cheese Manchego Queso Fundido was yummy. Service was a little slow, but he actually did well for his first day.

Stopped here on a longer than expected layover to merida. Place was packed with businessmen but they were able to seat us relatively quickly. I order a margarita double and my gf had a single. I would definitely recommend everyone against a double. It comes in a margarita glass but the drink isnt a double the size even though its double the price its mostly ice. Its a good margarita though, tasted like fresh limes. I order the chicken fajita and my gf had a steam torta. I enjoyed the fajita its slightly different than a traditional fajita because it doesnt come with any pita, or tortilla. Instead you get a scoop of beans and a scoop of guac. I didnt mind cutting out the empty carbs at all. It was solid especially for an airport. The waiter brought 3 salsas to the table all of which he gave the tourist disclaimer that they were spicy...they were not lol. Only one had a lil kick. I did not try the torta but my gf absolutely loved it. She eats a lot of sandwiches so her sandwich recommendations carry a lot of weight to me. The whole thing ended up being one of the more expensive meals we had in Mexico at about $1000 pesos before tip.

Huevo a enchiladas Vera Cruz. Hot dogs on enchiladas with indistinguishable eggs... the little yellow bit

Huevo enchiladas Vera Cruz tasted fine. Though the eggs were over cooked and over powered by the sauce and thus indistinguishable. Not to mention the minimal amount they gave you. The little red bits were red hot dogs like links. Eat this for the sauce and not much else.

This was the first place we ate at in Mexico. It didn't disappoint. The service was good and fast. We got the rib eye and like taco. There were by far the best I had compared to the u.s.a. It's pricy cause it in the airport. Not a bad place to grab food while you are waiting.

The food was decent. There was flavor and the proportion size of my steak torta and fries was good. I wouldn't go out of my way to return here but it was a solid choice out of all of the airport food options available. The cocktails were really pricey even though my margarita was delicious. It was new york city prices which is way too high for airport mid-day lol.

OK I would rate the tacos 2 but the table side Cesar salad was really cool and the service would better most restaurants in phx

Service was great, had our luggage promptly carried upstairs to a tabke of choice. The suggested Mimosa was flat, Chilequiles were good but very stingy on the pollo. Not bad for an airport eatery.

Very impressed by this airport joint in Mexico City such that we went twice! Shannon got a diverse hot plate of veges! We were impressed. I got the enchiladas which had a nice amount of cheese and sauce. The second time I got the nachos, and they used really good, proper cheese. Better than the sauce that we had at our resort in Cancun. So Taba simply had stellar food that would beat out most regular places and blows airport spots out of the water.

Just went there for a cup of coffee to warm up. The server was friendly and courteous despite my limited Spanish.

I was captivated by the warm, eclectic ambiance--shelves stacked with old books, cozy little crannies, and fascinating antique items tucked into every corner. It felt like stepping into a hidden gem where every detail added to the charm. I ordered the As de Corazones, a gin-based cocktail with raspberry, egg white foam, and a spritz finish. It was hands-down the best cocktail I had in CDMX--beautifully balanced, slightly tart, and perfectly smooth. I also tried the Josita, which was incredibly refreshing (and deceptively strong!), making it the perfect drink to sip on while soaking in the atmosphere. Service was friendly and attentive, with bartenders who clearly know their craft. Whether you're a cocktail lover or just looking for a great spot to unwind, Pata Negra is a must-visit. (I even went back as a goodbye to CDMX on my last night)

They had a few TVs with some sports on which is why we chose this place. Service was friendly, and quick to take your initial order but after that it was kinda hard to order a second or third drink you really had to flag them down. We came back on a second visit and they were out of some of the beers we ordered the previous visit. On the plus side the beers were ice cold. Much colder than out of the refrigerator which made it so easy to drink.

We then kicked things off with the arancini, which set the tone right away--crispy, flavorful, and perfectly done. For mains, we shared a spread and honestly couldn't pick a favorite: the Octopus Tacos were tender and packed with flavor, the Rabbit Tacos were unique and delicious, and the roasted seasonal vegetables "al mojo de ajo" were simple but so satisfying. The marinated pan-fried salmon and fresh trout were both beautifully cooked and thoughtfully seasoned. Every dish felt intentional, beautifully presented and well executed. But the real showstoppers were the desserts. The fresh goat cheesecake with orange, grapefruit, and lemon was bright and perfectly balanced, and the whisky chocolate crème brûlée was rich, smooth, and unforgettable. Desserts truly knocked it out of the park. Bonus points for the cocktails--my hubby was a huge fan. Great food, great drinks, excellent service and relaxed ambiance made for a wonderful overall experience. Highly recommend adding Temporal to your Mexico City dining list.
