Tempura veggies are served with a couple of in-house sauces which I loved, but they definitely aren't a "must-order." What did disappoint me was the fish I ordered. I had the battered hake with potatoes and found it lacking in overall flavor. It didn't feel particularly flaky, but rather quite dense and heavy. I wouldn't order this again! We both felt the salmon steak with white wine sauce and lemon needed more flavor. Additionally, it may be customary in Madrid, but I had never had a salmon with pieces of hard boiled egg on top. The sole was okay, but less enjoyable than the salmon. I think I like the fried mushroom starter the best. I was a little disappointed they didn't have sangria on the menu as that would have been a nice drink to have after a long flight.
