There's a house for sale in Hermosa Beach on 3rd Street which she completed. After visiting an open house of a property on the Strand going for $9mil., the difference was night and day. The Strand property also hired an interior designer to stage the house. But the interior designer used common furniture, almost Ikea grade. It did the property injustice. Motif Interiors used custom high end furniture throughout the house, giving it a very rich feel. This property looked like it should be more than the Strand property.
