I was looking for a couple of really soft bras with no wires, preferably cotton, and, of course, cute. And I found them. I don't need a whole lot of support nor do I like the push ups. I find that the big north American brand stores don't have a lot of selection and seldom have what I'm after. Another good thing about this store - and, in my opinion, this sets it apart from other lingerie boutiques - it is actually affordable. If you don't want to spend more than $50 on an undergarment, this is your place. Granted, they have some expensive stuff as well, but it's not all expensive. I give them 4 stars, not 5, because the selection they have is limited. I found another piece I quite liked, but they didn't have it in my size. So that happens.

I couldn't find anything that fit me -- both in size and in matching my personality. I'd given up looking for that "perfect fit" years ago, but my mom spontaneously brought me to Forever Yours last week and the staff immediately made me feel welcome and secure. Erika, who helped with all my fittings, was absolutely amazing. There were a lot of options to go through, and I never felt rushed during the process. Erika took the time to point out and explain what a properly-fitting bra should look and feel like. Plus, they understood my style right away! I left with a much-needed confidence boost and two bras that I was actually excited to wear. As advised, I wore the new bras at home for a few hours each to ensure everything was all good. One of them ended up being too tight, so I went back to exchange it. Back to the fitting room! Again, Erika was there to help me out -- in a genuine, unhurried manner. From all the staff, you really feel taken care of. I cannot stress enough how important and valuable that is. This is the kind of bra store I wish I knew existed in my early teen years. Better late than never though, right? I'll be shopping here a lot more in the future.

I asked the manager if she could help me find my size or sister size. She told me the bra didn't come in my size (DD), then she proceeded to tell me that it's a specialty bra only used for tops that have a deep plunge, and for me to try a 38D which would work for me. Well manager lady, it didn't work for me. I really didn't appreciate your condescending approach to customer service. If I ask you for clarification on an item, then you can let me know. It will forever change your outlook on bras and it is truly a life changing experience. While you don't have to get it done at Change, I'd definitely recommend it!) I recently learned about Change via Yelp. I've been needing a few new bras forever, but with how much a solid, professionally fit bra can run you, it gets expensive fast. What to drew me to Change was all the positive things I kept reading for their various locations. Furthermore, people kept loving their low prices. Sold! This morning I headed over to their location at Park Royal North in West Vancouver. I cannot say enough good things about the experience I had. I was immediately welcomed, given suggestions about my size and a couple of things to try on. As I tried on the bras that the sales lady (who's name I now forget, I feel so bad!) recommended, she was incredibly attentive but not pushy. She helped me like a pro, weeding out bras until we found the right one that best fit my size and shape -- all while taking care of three other customers at the same time! It was an impressive, comfortable and relaxing experience. In the end, I walked out of there with two new bras that I absolutely love. I feel like a million bucks in them! And guess how much I paid? $65. These bras would have easily been $160 at some of the other places I've been to. It's safe to say that I am a definite fan of Change. Try it and you might be too. :)
