They seem to have a test kitchen and an office and the place is impeccably clean. The woman who helped me out was very personable and made everything quite easy. The price was extremely reasonable. Sushi grade salmon. Highly recommend for that alone. My guess is that their other stuff is great also but I wouldn't know. That's it. I'm going back for some salmon soon.
