The manager walked into the store and immediately chastised the counter employee about a conversation she had had in the parking lot with a customer from this encounter. The two employees got in such a loud verbal argument that I could not talk to my wife on the phone about the gift cards I was purchasing. When I made a comment, I was assaulted verbally by the employee telling me that it was none of my business and she wasn't talking to me, so therefore, I needed to stay out of her conversation while yelling and cussing at me. Immediately put down the gift cards and proceeded to leave the store while still getting blasted by the employee which I told him to take their arguments to the back. And I left without further incident. This was one of the most unprofessional places I have ever seen to call themselves a business, and everyone in there on this date should be terminated. I have been going to every store within a 30/40 mile radius trying to locate the last of them. Each store has friendly and helpful staff. Some stores are clean, some are not. I chalk this up to to the Businesses being short staff. That is something else that Upper Mgmt (those making the majority of the of the money and not showing appreciation for the Store Employees. Stores cannot operate without employees. No Employees = no Customers and the Salary and Profit is Zero. Please pay more, offer good benefits to encourage better Staffing and Happy Customers who return. Thank you.
