Cambalache is an Argentine steakhouse, which is reflected in the style of grilling their meats (over an open flame, which can be viewed at the back of the restaurant), and the service of the meat itself (a La plancha, at the table). We chose the ribeye (600-700g) to share. It was perfectly cooked to medium temperature, and sliced for us tableside. A beautiful cut of meat, and very flavorful.
