I absolutely loved this place and it's very local. No English is spoken here but you can still manage. It's a family restaurant that makes great food. Service is great and the menu is small. We opted for the steak to share and it was delicious. Made from a special cow that is bred in Tuscany the meat was tender and delicious. The starters were also simple but very tasty. The biscotti vin santo for dessert was divine. Biscotti to dip on dessert wine is something I got addicted to quickly. Loved it here and look forward to coming back again. Reasonable, great friendly service, excellent steak and nice ambience.

The atmosphere and loving family service made us feel like we were locals who had stopped into our regular place. We finished with a rich cup of coffee and Ferretti's famous Biscotti. Those biscotti are sooooo delicious that we had to buy a couple of containers of them for the road.... they traveled with us throughout Italy and we hoarded them for morning coffee each day. Our waiters were the sons of the owners, and they were so charming. They shared with us some of their own travels, especially in the U.S. (our home). Our advice; roam the farmers' market in the town square and, right there, stop into Pasticceria Ferretti. They even have a nice sidewalk seating area in that pedestrian only area. P.S. The service was next level: from the giant glass of digestif presented to my father-in-law for his birthday to the round of complimentary desserts and limoncello, the service was full of joy! As we left, our server was sharing some personal tales with us. He really bonded with my father-in-law and ended up gifting him a bottle of wine that had familial significance/connection between us! The gnocchi was also very delicious. It was cheesy and rich. It was also in a way creamy and the cheese just melted in your mouth. One of the best things I've ever put in my mouth and eaten. Creamy and spicy, only if you mix in the hot parts. They come to table and weigh the meat in front of you so you know what you're paying for. It is cooked rare or medium rare. As we inched closer and closer, the lines were now both outrageous and getting seated seemed like a distant memory.
