But the carnitas...................this place is worth me traveling to just to get those carnita tacos. Some of the best carnitas I've ever had. If not the very best carnitas I've ever tasted. The taste and texture of the carnitas is next level. Also the hot sauce they brought to the table has the texture of being made in a molcajete. A molcajete is a Mexican tool used to ground things by hand. Vegetables into sauce etc. The hot sauce they served and adding a little salt on top. Some of the best tacos I've had at a restaurant in a while, and I eat a lot of tacos. This restaurant is a little place with a bakery attached to it. I want to see or know that the meat was cooked on the trumpet and cut off after being cooked. Many places will have a trompo teumpet machine but they have cold meat stacked on the trumpet and cut the cold meat off and cook the meat afterwards on the griddle, this I don't like. I also don't like when they serve the ground pork with pesto seasoning. They're usually extra greasy and taste nothing like the real Trompo. The service was really good. It was really fast. The food came out super hot. They gave me extra different flavors of salsa to choose which one I like the best. I also asked for an unsweet tea with sweet and low, and they had both and it tasted great.
