I wanted to go snorkeling. A simple, easy breezy request right? La Princesa Charters rose to the occasion with a wink, nods, and a "oh, we'll give you snorkeling amiga". What I got was a snorkeling party boat, are these people mind readers?! I stepped on the boat and was met with a glass of beer. Oh, why thank you! From that moment on - my cup never - ever - ran empty. The staff buzzed around smiling and catering to the needs of each passenger like a well oiled machine. I cannot get over how friendly and accommodating they were. They politely remind people that they'll be swimming and encourage people to go easy pre-snorkeling. A caution we all demised while requesting another beer. That's what life vests are for! So you set sail out of the the Marina and over to the historic arch. Staff manned peoples phones like pros, climbing on top of coolers with effortless balance to get the perfect pictures on everyones iPhones. Then you're off to Santa Maria Bay where you hop off into the water to see some fish. I saw a ton of fish! The equipment was clean, in good condition and easy to work with. My husband squawked that the water wasn't as clear and the fishes weren't as vibrant as other times he had been snorkeling, in say Hawaii but I loved it! I would've liked more time in the water but I cannot complain as we stalled a bit to see some whales and we had to stay on schedule. You climb back on the boat and this time you're met with mai thais! The price for this trip is $60 dollars and includes tuna sandwiches, chips, salsa guacamole, open bar and snorkeling equipment. We got a deal on this and I'm sure you can talk them down if you try. Even if you pay full price - it's worth it. The whole sha-bang is about a 3 1/2 hour tour and wait...are they pouring people shots?! They are! Get one. Hell - get two you're on vacation. Booze cruise meets snorkeling adventure! Where do I sign?! This is easily my favorite activity we did in Cabo. The crowd was mixed, everything from families with small kids to the golden girls. Everyone was having a great time! I know they also do sunset cruises and whale watching. Based solely on my excellent experience with the staff and the quality of service they provide I would recommend this company for any activity they offer.

This experience was awesome! The crew was very attentive and made the experience over the top. We sailed to a little cove and then went snorkeling which was okay but the best for me was getting to jump off the boat and swim around! They were very laid back and let you have drinks prior to snorkeling as well as after. They even caught a mahi mahi fish on the way out and made ceviche to have with our lunch! Great experience and would love to go back and do it again!

Booked the sunset cruise through my resort and the best $49 I have ever spent! Not only is the crew so nice and attentive, open bar I don't think I ever had an empty cup, and we got delicious chips, guacamole, and pico de Gallo. Seriously the most attentive crew and the best views I could of ever asked for. Also they have a photographer I mean my pictures were good but ended buying pics of the guy since they were better lol. We ended our trip with them and i can say it was my favorite part of the trip. Best part was we went on a Monday and only had 6 people with us so basically the whole catamaran to ourselves.

Most recently, we booked the 4-hour sunset charter on the 60' yacht, and from beginning to end, everything exceeded expectations. The experience started before we even stepped on the boat. Communication leading up to the charter was seamless, organized, and reassuring. This is a company that knows exactly how to treat their guests. Setting the menu was easy and they were happy to accommodate our requests. The boat itself was spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully maintained. The yacht felt private and relaxed, with plenty of room to spread out, whether you wanted to lounge in the sun, sit back with a drink, or take in views from the front. What truly made the experience unforgettable was the crew. They were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and genuinely fun to be around. They anticipated every need without ever being intrusive, keeping drinks full and the energy light and enjoyable the entire time. The food and drinks were outstanding. For some in our party it was the best meal of the trip. Everything was fresh and flavorful, far beyond what you'd expect on a boat. The cocktails were excellent, and we are still dreaming about the watermelon juice. The captain positioned us perfectly to see some amazing whales and other marine animals. I saw the closest breach I've ever experienced. It feels life-changing to be so close to them. This wasn't just a boat ride, it was an experience. Relaxing, fun, beautiful, and incredibly well-executed. Without a doubt, one of those "we'll be talking about this for years" kind of memories. If you're considering a charter in Cabo, this is absolutely the one to book.

Knowing it's a 20 minute walk from the place where the cruise ship tender drops you off to the place where the tour boats dock, we decided to scout it out the night before. The email from the company instructed us to check in at the Roger's office ("kiosko 2") to ensure we got the correctly-fitting snorkeling gear, so we went looking for the office using a map from the Roger's website and Google maps. We tried inputting the exact address from the email and asking everyone we could find at Puerto Paraiso mall, but when we went to the alleged office location, nothing was there. As a last ditch effort, on the way out of the mall, we paused and asked a random guy at a booth with ads for tours (mind you, nowhere did it say Roger's on it)! This booth was NOT located in the same spot indicated in the map on the Roger's website. However, this guy was somehow able to look up our reservation, and it was legit because he knew my name even though I never said it. He told us to just meet at the dock the next day - not to even worry about going to the "office" (wherever it may be). So that's what I would advise any future travelers to do - just go to Dock D, which isn't hard to find. Ahead of time, I had emailed the company and asked if I could add additional people to our tour and how to pay for them. I received a response indicating we would need to pay 35 per person and they could either send me a PayPal account to put the money in, or we could pay at the dock. When we got on the boat, we inquired about the two extra people and were told to pay 40 dollars. Thankfully I had the email from the company and I disputed this. I was given a roundabout explanation about how the corporate office is somewhere else in Mexico and sometimes there's miscommunication. This felt like an attempt to con more money out of us, but to their credit, they did honor the emailed price. The tour itself was great. We had Jonathan as the guide and Memo as the boat driver. Jonathan had great English skills and was knowledgeable. Our kids got to drive the boat, which had them laughing hysterically. They also dropped a couple members of our party off to snorkel in a designated spot, and the snorkel gear they provided seemed nicer than the cheap stuff we brought. At the end, they offered to drop us off closer to the cruise ship to help us avoid the 20-minute walk, but said it would be a $2 dock fee per person. We did take them up on that, as we had small kids in the party and didn't want them to have to do the walk in the hot sun. They do take pictures during the tour and offer you the chance to buy them at the end. Technically this is mentioned on the website, so it's not surprising. However, I will note that they offered us a discount on the photos at the end if we left them a review - lowering the price from 80 to 50 dollars. So, take that into account when you read other reviews. We declined. I recall when I was researching tour options that some other customers had mentioned their tours being outsourced to other people. There is definitely something odd with the "company." It presents itself on its website like a small business and frequent references are made to "our boat." But when you get to the dock, nothing says "Roger's" - no signage, no uniforms, etc. There's also more than one boat - another party was checking in at the exact same time as we were with the same people. It's almost like they've been bought out by a bigger conglomerate of tour operators. Perhaps this explains the conflicting information in some spots (i.e., the email confirmation saying to check in early at an office but a guy at a random kiosk that doesn't say Roger's on it somehow having our reservation and telling us to just go to the dock). Overall, we enjoyed the tour itself, but the issues with finding the location and being asked to pay different fees than we were quoted were off-putting.

After both excursions we had a Mexican lunch that consisted of mole chicken, ribs, rice, beans, salad, veggies, watermelon, fries, fried chicken tenders, cheese tortillas, beer, margaritas, tamarind water and hibiscus tea. At the end of the e-bikes we had a brief tequila making session at the end with tastings of tequila. After the camel experience we got a tutorial on how to make a corn tortilla like they did back in the day and tequila tastings. We got a chance to buy pics but it was super expensive. The first day we paid $60 to get pics and a video of the excursion. Today we paid more than 3 times that amount for pictures and video after the camel excursion. I asked why and they said it was a different event so the prices differed. If pics were not expensive as they were, I'd say this was a top tier event. The boat was modern and safe, but what truly made our cruise special was the crew. They were the best bunch of guys working on a boat, and they were having a blast while doing it. The crew was efficient, courteous, thoughtful, and generous with their drinks and service. They would always come around with a tray of reposado tequila, shots, or delicious mixed drinks with rum. The music they played was outstanding, featuring a diverse mix of 80s modern rock, 90s, country, Selena, and of course, Bad Bunny. The atmosphere was lively, with a good mix of people who all seemed to enjoy the music. I couldn't help but sing along and take in the breathtaking views. As we approached the beautiful Arco de Cabo, the crew explained how the Pacific Ocean and the Sea of Cortes meet, creating rough waves and water. But it was exhilarating and not too bad at all. I didn't feel seasick or need motion sickness medicine, but those who have never been on boats might want to bring some near El Arco. Back to the crew, two of them were brothers who worked seamlessly as a team. They even offered us a delicious snack of tortilla chips, guacamole, pico de gallo, and tuna. I never thought those three things would go well together, but they did! It was the perfect amount of food to keep us satisfied while we were busy taking in the stunning views and snapping photos. The crew also offered to take several pictures whenever we needed them. I saw them capturing various groups of people and families, ensuring that everyone had a memorable moment. Overall, Cabo Blue's sunset cruise was an incredible experience that I will cherish forever. At night when the sun goes down and you're heading home, they have blue lighting on the boat and it's really cool for your pictures because they also provide shot glasses that are Glo in the dark, therefore providing the greatest pictures perfect for social media. I had so much fun that every time I come to Cabo, I will definitely take the same sunset cruise by Cabo Blue because the experience was so legendary. I also booked our tickets through Tripadvisor, which I recommend...the transaction was just a few clicks away and it was a seamless transaction. I also highly recommend getting to the dock about 20 minutes before they takeoff. We arrived due to traffic 10 minutes before the boat would leave. Amanda called me on my cell and said where are you, if you're not here within the next three minutes, we're gonna need to takeoff and another boat will take you to the other boat. That sounded frightening, but it wasn't necessary however, when we did arrive, we saw that majority of the passengers were already walking their way towards the boat our party along with another couple arrived at the same time which was before the boat took off, but I think it's not enough time therefore, when we got to the boat, we had to sit at the back of the boat, which doesn't really matter honestly there's no bad seat on the yacht. The way they drive the boat and when they stopped to enjoy the main sightseeing sections every side of the boat gets a premier view, so it won't matter. But my nerves were high when I thought we were gonna miss the boat and so I don't wish that on anyone.
